As someone from Letcher county his fears are valid part of the reason we are leaving corruption is out of control here. This was a symptom of it. We are leaving because they are getting nervous and dangerous
But didn't he do this because the judge slept with his daughter? I don't doubt the corruption but I believe that was his reason
@@magdump4456 It was said, I believe in an affidavit, that after he shot the judge he said "They're trying to take my wife and kid from me!". Sounds to me that it's more likely that the judge was trying to help them get away from him. As with most domestic violence situations, the abuser doesn't think they've done anything wrong. In his mind the judge was trying to break up his family.
Since, it's apparent that he's afraid of his of his own profession (probably because of his own actions as Sheriff), it's not a stretch that he would treat his own family the same.
So tell us that are from not down there what kinds of things going on there??? Have you seen anything?
Ok. Let's say that the judge did sleep with his daughter. Then, as a law enforcement officer, wouldn't you want to preserve evidence, like the star witness in order to prosecute the alleged criminal?

He smart for not taking, but he should already know better 🤣🤣
How many previous arrestees have been ‘taken to the Forrest’?
the fact these guys are asking if it had anything to do with his daughter way before it was mentioned in the media shows there was something not right going on between the judge and her.
I think the sheriff was worried about the judge telling his wife and daughter about his dirty deeds. It seems like the Judge really had the Sheriff worried. Who knows what He was told. Seems like there was some DEEP & Wide-spread corruption, which had the Sheriff Terrified. Who knows what was going on. Im very interested in watching this Trial, but who knows if the Full Truth will ever come out to the Public.
" Please be fair to me boys. Now, come on now".
I'm a supporter of LEO's & appreciate what they do but a high ranking LEO making that statement to other LEO's is very concerning to me. Why would he need to ask that? Does he have reason to believe that there are times when they "aren't fair" to suspects?
@@gregcaron6627 of course he does. he was the ringleader
The family probably asked the judge for help because dad was nuts.
That is what many locals have said.
"Come on now." ???? Wtf does he want them to do? Let him walk away? You know who can't breathe? The dude you shot.
He’s already getting the royal treatment from what I’ve seen on the record.
He doesn't wanna get his teeth knocked out
I live in Kentucky
And the way he is talking is NOT Normal, something happened and it cracked him.
He seems to be suffering from paranoid delusions and is asking the troopers not to execute him.
I think he wanted them to quit questioning him. He knows his rights. They didn’t mirandize him.
Look at the quality of that ceiling 5:54.
Wow looks like it could collapse
Every Agency in the Country faces critical funding issues and the Jail is always THE last place that gets any of that funding...
The entire city was under water in 2022. A 1,000 year flood hit the area and devastated the area. Mickey Stines was driving up and down the roads of his community at 2am warning people to evacuate. He also helped three other men rebuild a road to allow EMS access into McRoberts that was isolated due to bridges and crossing being destroyed. We’re lucky to even have the courthouse open for business.
@@jbranham4530 What do you think happened? Do you think it will come out at the trial?
Troopers laughing about the Judge being Shot over the Radio!
Gallows humor. Not everyone is a pearl clutching cry baby
"I can't breathe" is that the new get out of jail card now ?
geez this runs deeper than i thought. Sheriff seemed really worried about a trip to the woods?
