You can actually spam the "launch enemy into air" attack. Works really well. Menolias gets launched into air, and you can keep him there, hitting him again and again, getting over 10 hits or more in before he finally flies away.
SUPER PRO TIP FOR POEPLE WHO DIDNT BEAT THE BOSS YET: first 1/3 health bar can be taken out without taking any damage. simply stand on one side of the arena and use your charged attack while dodging his red arrows. also that makes you charge athra really fast. once hes below 2/3s of his HP he will start running around and punching you, so this will not be an option anymore
U can actually just duck and slide all his red arrow and chackram attacks except the curving arrow. Only thing challenging is timing the parries from behind

Us up attacks to juggle him

How did you get so much health
by collecting soma petals. when you collect them all for each zone, your health bar increases.
It would be almost impossible to beat Legolas without at least 6 bar health and 4 potions with large refills!
