Still to this day Shinedown is one of the loudest bands i have ever seen... and they didnt sound like shit being loud... it was a clean, crisp, clear loudness. Absolutely fucking incredible!
No lead singer that is 3+ albums in will do their best voice in concert. Why? So they can deliver on the next album. They've learned from lead singers from the past it damages their voice. Michael Sweet of Stryper, who is 57 years old, never ever screams in concert like he does on his studio albums, yet he still blows any lead singer of any genre away. Preservation.
@@thezombros2607 There is only four dudes on that stage, I see a singer a bassist a one guitarist up front with a drummer in the back. I see no other guitarists, and historically Shinedown only has one guitarist other than a brief moment in 2008. Not trying to be a dick, I just don't think so
That was one Bad Ass opening... Seeing it live & and the anticipation!!! Perfect!!!!

there is also something called hammer ons and pull offs 🤔 watch it again
@@garrettfrancisco1362 you still need to be touching the guitar for hammer ons and pull offs though lol
I think Brent Smith was a lot sexier when he had long, dark, hair.
