I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My favorite parts are the built-ins throughout, the deck on the main floor, and the walk out patio in the basement area.
I lobe that there isn't built in shelves beside the fireplace bc I find it hard in every new house to imagine where the Christmas tree would go, but here in this house, it would be perfect in either corner beside the fireplace and still close to the sofa for opening gifts.🥰 it's a beautiful home❤
Timothy?? This home is the most spacious and lovely!! From Room To Room Is Just Impressive!! Wide Open And Comfy!! The Kitchen Is Ideal!! Really A Beautiful Looking Home!! Great Job Showing This!!
I’m loving the dark tile in the master bathroom. This beautiful home is very spacious. You could add another bedroom, and bathroom in the basement, along with a bowling alley!!! Thanks Timothy for showcasing this beautiful home.
I really appreciate you including the floor plans. I have difficulty understanding layouts without them. It helps me understand your tours. That said, I don't think the included floor plan goes with this home. The main floor secondary bedrooms are on the opposite side of the primary, and there are 2 of them. The laundry cannot connect to the MBR as it does in the tour. Regardless, it's usually very helpful and it makes a world of difference when you include them. Thank you for doing that.
I love this house!! All the windows and pitched ceilings. I loveeeee the master bath as well! And I agree with you about the dark tile in the bathroom....so cool! I would add that color to my bath down the road
Hello timothy this hone is gorgeous i love the bkack outside and i love the kitchen and living room the primary is snazing so is the primary bathroom Thank you for showing Take care and god bless Best regards anja
I will say though, When you are ready to pull the trigger and build that ultimate home putting everything together and making decisions is absolutely the hardest part and takes forever! Because one mistake or regret You are stuck with it and it isn't that something is better, it's just a bit different from kitchen to bathroom and in-between! Then the next part that takes forever with hundreds of decisions is adding the furnishings to all of it and being unique and creative way to many ideas that you have to just say enough and just do it!
Yes, I also noticed that the floor plan was not for this house. I actually like the layout as shown rather than the one in the floor plan. I'm not a fan of the grotto, a wee bit too dark. I was also missing the dimensions and thought you should have a laser measuring tool. That would be really neat! I'm also not a fan of windows that don't open. Granted with the weather heating up we have less opportunities to enjoy a nice fresh breeze flowing thru the house, but I like windows that open. I like the primary bedroom having access to the porch, but plain glass? Shouldn't those doors at least have the blinds in them? Overall the bedrooms were all a nice size, nice pantry and lots of storage space. Thanks for the tour! 😊😊😊
beautiful house, though I'd switch out the black for navy blue throughout. I don't think that this is the same house as the included house plan shows. I really like when a laundry room connects with the master closet.
Why does it feel like the deetz live here. Beware the sculptures. And 1.3m for kansas. Dorothy really hit hard when that twister picked her up. Love the high ceilings but this general floorplan is everywhere and is nothing special. You can find it cheaper and with all the bedrooms on one level with several builders across the us.
I was all set to give some opinions just based on the floor plan alone... but it looks like that floor plan is not for the home you toured 😉 That said, I will note that, in contradiction to what I stated was my pet peeve on the last video, this is one of the VERY few styles in which I actually DON'T mind the garage door being right out front, because it actually fits with the apparent intention of the building's functionality. This split-halves, sloped-roof style (I don't know if there's a name for it) actually LOOKS like it's meant to be on a lot with a small driveway out front, whereas a lot of the designs you tour look more suited to a larger exurban or rural lot despite their suburban and urban settings, and in those cases, a garage shouldn't be seen from the front. Just MY opinion. But again, this type of design is the exception.
I am always disappointed when a home over a million bucks has a small dining “area” and not an actual dining ROOM with a large capacity table. I would expect that plus a big table in the kitchen for that amount of money. That dining room is more like a breakfast nook. I’m not a fan of dark tile and countertops. And I laugh at the dark homes….These people can afford the extra AC costs to cool a dark house that attracts the sun. The rest of cannot. I’m not a fan of this super modern look. I’m more modern farmhouse myself. I like cozy. This home was cold to me. I actually like the basement. The windows are great. I would have finished almost all of it though. Family room, workout room, giant craft room. Then I’d have some storage for decorations. I would like an actual office near the front door for my husband. I’m not a fan of the fireplace. So much wasted space. I need shelf storage for knock knacks and books. And gotta have a big mantle, especially for Christmas time decorating.
This floor plan doesn’t match the house??? It’s not even close. Are you sure it’s the right one? Bedrooms, bathroom, laundry, garage door, etc are different. Kitchen is on the other side of the house? Floor plan is better. Garage comes into house at the pantry. What’s up?

Would definitely finish the basement

Me, too!
❤ I am always thinking about where the Christmas tree will go..
Just simply beautiful 🖤
A million dollars doesnt get you what it used to, but it seems it should include a full walk-in pantry, a pot filler, and better flooring.

This is a very, WOW home.....

It's beautiful! But who can afford that kind of mortgage these days!!
I loved that kitchen!! Great home Timothy

You are so right about those chairs, Timothy!
NICE 👍❤
I'm loving I'm virtually touring homes!.
Lovely modern house. Modern kitchen, interesting design. I really liked the balcony (terrace?) on the main level.
No way should these houses be this expensive.
It's insane. None of these recent houses are worth a million dollars.
Hello timothy this hone is gorgeous i love the bkack outside and i love the kitchen and living room the primary is snazing so is the primary bathroom
Thank you for showing
Take care and god bless Best regards anja
Take the show on the road.
Really nice home but just never liked bedrooms in the front of the house especially with a street outside the window!
The floor plan doesn't match this house. I'm not a fan of the dark tile in the master bath, especially the shower. It's so dark in there.
This is the floor plan from the last home he toured
I was going to say the same thing. A lot of differences.
I actually like the separate cooktop and oven: gas on top, electric below. That’s my favorite fuel setup.
I would have thought Hilltop would have a view from the Hill.

Nope. It’s Kansas, not for north of a million dollars.
Beautiful home. How do you keep yopur beard so perfectly manicured. It's beautiful too.

Does your phone have a measuring tape?
I hate the exterior but live the interior.
Nice home, but I hate the mixing of gold/silver
Too bad average Americans have to rent out all the bedrooms just to make the mortgage payment.
Its nice but have fished the basement.Would't have glass staircase to basement ,,kids could hurt themselves
Beautiful home but the floor plan doesn’t match this home
Oops! What you see in the video does not match the layout shown at the 1:00 mark.
Dont like cabinet colors, but easy fx.
10:07 Nope, not cool, the controls at that height are a pain!
Those dining chairs could easily be covered.
The kitchen is a nightmare - open the oven door, block the doorway? Looks like it was designed by someone that doesn’t cook

Why waste all that front door space - it’s not like you could make a porch out of it.

House is too big for this yard

Yuck
The secrete deodorant commercial is gross. It’s dangerous to inhale aerosol deodorants
