I love how the canadian ey has infiltrated in his speech
Haha yup, he's definitely got that Canadian Infused italian accent after spending more than 3/4 of his lifetime in Canada ;) As Canadians, we're lucky to have a folks like Mariano & Rita who immigrated to Canada, made a new life, raised their families here, and helped to build up our communities.
Thanks for watching Florian!

Technically Italians say eh as well. It has nothing to do with being in Canadian as long as he has.
@@TheMrCC21 Fonzi certainly had a good "ayyy"
I love you Mariano, my uncle recommended you to me a week ago and I’ve been hooked since I must have watched all your vids 3 times through, much love from England
Thanks for watching Fladam! We hope you've liked the new videos and that all is well over in England!
I love his cooking and his personality is the best! In one of his vid he said “I’m getting old” then laughed 😅
Literally live in Edmonton, if he opened his own restaurant I would go there every weekend. So nice to see such delicious home made cooking. I hope I get to see more 😁 you are amazing mr. Mariano
Thank you so much for your support! We will for sure have more videos coming!
ive always struggled with Carbonara. I just made this and i dont think ive ever had a better Carbonara in my life. 10/10
And it was super easy to make too!
Thanks Nonno!
Just was told about your videos yesterday. Watched about half of them so far. I’ve just googled where Capital Fine Meats is located so I’ll be stopping by this week for my bacon and some Mariano’s sausage.
Glad you found Mariano's recipes Jim! You would be most welcome at Capital Fine Meats :) I will however give you a heads up that while we do sell products directly from our production facility (Capital Fine Meats) in Edmonton, we don't break apart full cases there. From our facility our bacon would either be sold in a box containing 10 x 1 KG packages or it would be sold in a 5kg frozen bulk pack case. Mariano's would be sold in a case containing 9 x 450g packages or also in a 5kg frozen bulk case. If you're looking to buy in bulk then buying directly from Capital can be a good option, but if you're looking for a package or two of each, then your best bet would be to look for our products in stores such as Superstore, Sobeys, Safeway, Save-on-Fods, Coop, Freson Bros., No Frills, Wholesale Club, TGP, AG, IGA, Italian Center Shop, Mercato, Italian Bakery, and many other independents. When our products are purchased from those retailers it gives them the confidence to carry our products in their stores and make them more widely available. Thank you so much for watching Mariano's Cooking and for supporting local food producers. You're the man Jim 👍
