Great info , always advisable to check and use blue / green thread lock on the grub screws as I've never seen any used on any make of rc from the factory ,
Had this same issue on mine fresh out of the box. I had to go buy new grub screws because the grub screws (front and back) were backed out ever so slightly in the drive cup.I bought traxxas grub screws from my local hobby stop which seemed more durable and a bit longer. Haven't had an issue since.

yep.. them diffs are empty. mine were too!
