- Fellow Patriots, I went to peacefully exercising my First Amendment Rights & promote transparency & accountability within our government at the Baton Rouge City Hall in Louisiana. At first everything was peaceful until an unknown sheriff deputy confronted me over recording and instead of asking questions, immediately called for backup and that’s when the constables arrived and things got really interesting Please be sure to hit the like button, it truly helps spread this around for more patriots to see it and I appreciate it!

I also have actually added 2 cities onto my list of places to visit when I and a friend do our cross country trip because of how well they treated him, I like how he shows those as well :) But I've watched nearly all his videos and they're all great on his part :)
isn't it amazing how this cops "needs to see a crime", yet when they get a call, they are perfectly willing to act as if a crime has been committed without ever having seen it, or even interviewed the caller.
If what that cop said was true there would be no need for 911.
Sadly not the first time I've seen a cop use this excuse when their own accountability is brought into question in these types of videos. Something along the lines of I didn't see it so I can't do anything, I'm not involved, I have no opinion, etc. Followed by a refusal to view any evidence there may be. If a crime is purported to have been committed by a person, they investigate. Unless it is purported to be done by one of their own. In those cases they have no interest in investigating.
Not even one of them came forward and did the right thing. They lie all day every day. They believe they are our masters.

My girlfriend had a car title stolen by her "friend" right after she purchased a vehicle and was helping them out with a ride, the cops refused to take our 20-30 pages of evidence that we collected for them, I basically did all their work for them and they did jack shit, I had collected phone calls to who was selling her the car, texts, date and time to meet up for title, the thief denying he took it, even though it was now in his name...the thief was contact by the police and said he must of accidentally took her title by mixing up his with hers...
The police said no crime was committed and it was a civil matter...
I tried giving the police all the evidence that 100% proves he stole it and they said they didn't want the evidence and wanted to talk with the thief and ask him why he did it....are u fucking kidding me!

There is no update...Sean doesn't actually sue anyone, he just wants online clout. The furthest he ever goes is getting the charges against him dismissed in a few cases. Other than that, he has a long record of mainly trespassing, disorderly conduct, and breach of the peace. I think he's only ever posted like 3 updates and those are regarding the dismissal of charges and then he goes back to the place where he was charged for a second round.

Looks like the trainers who trained the police that "speed-arrested" auditor "Lets Exchange IDs with Travis Heinze" up in the Natchitoches, LA, library just a few short days ago, are the same trainers who trained Officer dba "Cartwright" and his Internal Affairs officer accomplice, that assaulted you by pushing you out of the building then throwing you down the front stairs of Baton Rouge City Hall! It was dumb she even asked that question..twice. The issue is that they don't see anything wrong because there's a thick line between what's excessive force and what isn't. I got beat up in New Orleans by a cop who unlawfully detained and forced me to stand with my hands on the wall. He searched me while punching my ribs, back, and repeatedly hitting my testicles. This was 15 years ago and we were ignorant of filming police but the cop was trying to get me to fall to the ground to claim I was resisting. My knees kept buckling but I knew what the POS government employee was trying to do. Thankfully after all of that I was let go.

As a veteran, when I returned home from overseas, it has been heartbreaking year after year. Now almost 10 years later, feeling like what we sacrificed, myself and others, have been drawn down to the minimum. Feeling like I was a pawn being used to fight for everything but OUR freedom, it is refreshing to see these audits. I particularly became a supporter of LIA. Seeing your work gives me hope, that one day, those that stood and fought with me, those who died, are disabled, and everyone else can say THIS IS WHY WE DID WHAT WE DID. It literally takes EVERYONE to build this country the way it is suppose to be, FOR THE PEOPLE! That fact that they have no issue violating laws and rights that they too have, being citizens of this country, enrages me. Remember, that badge isn’t tattooed and it has to come off at some point, meaning you at some point have the exact same rights as everyone else. They would have the full force behind them, if the shoe was on the other foot. I AM CALLING BULLSHIT!

The ankle is an incredibly complex composition of tendons, ligaments, bones, joints, nerves & muscles. I have suffered ankle injuries during my 20's that have proven to affect me negatively with pain/discomfort throughout the past 30 years, severely limiting me from doing the things I love (hiking, basketball, snowboarding). A sprained ankle is nothing to scoff at, it can be a life changer. It would be a shame for Sean to end up with this type of long term damage.

I'm from Louisiana and I became privy to audits when I discovered your channel. Watching your videos made me want to do audits in my home state for this very reason. Didn't even realize that you had made it there already. Lot of corruption in Louisiana. I hope you see this through to the end!
Make sure you study some case laws first - specifically dealing with freedom of press and how the 1st amendment works in public and then know your statutes. Also familiarize yourself with public property, publicly accessible areas, common areas & easements vs what private property is and how to distinguish them. This is that many auditors fail to do before they go out. Also helps if you have a lawyer that specifically has dealt with freedom of press in the past. Good luck. Just an update: I spoke with the mayor's office and they are having a meeting about this incident right now. So tomorrow make sure to call the mayor's office and request to speak to the baton rouge PR person to express your grievances!

Hey I live in Louisiana and this is not uncommon, law enforcement here tend to be extremely dramatic and uneducated, they all need de-escalation training. I hope you can find some time to audit more areas here. Your doing such a great job promoting transparency and accountability, and its obvious certain locations are desperately lacking in these areas.
