- Fellow Patriots, I went to peacefully exercising my First Amendment Rights & promote transparency & accountability within our government at the Nassau County Office Building in Mineola, NY. I have never been denied access to a public building for not producing government identification before but I guess there’s a first time for everything. Even going into secure court houses you don’t have to show ID. It’s a violation of our 4th Amendment rights and we need to work together peacefully to change this unconstitutional “Policy” Let me now what you think in the comment section! Please be sure to hit the like button, it truly helps spread this around for more patriots to see it and I appreciate it!

The Sergeant seemed legit. Calm demeanor, looking to help. Would be nice to have more like him.
Good Sargeant, but he needs to educate his officers to act professionally like him.
It was like another Player-Character showing up in an rpg :'D

@@RUclipsExplore777 cyc officer needs retraining (take supervisor's lead) and people's skills training--he seemed upset that he was there for such pity issue--but its not pity, its huge when a government building has policy that restricts our access and is in direct contradiction to laws and constitution... and what's up with the no filming comments--that needs to change as well--wow.
🙌 The Sergeant is very good at his job. Patient, calm, professional and gets things done. It takes an extremely focused person to handle a situation that way. Right on Sergeant 👍
Every public government building needs to have a copy of the "Bill of Rights" on the wall. Every American should know what their freedoms are. This is America. 🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲

Nah, he just didn't want to go through a lawsuit
@@JustinLoveMusicBates Some people do act very differently in front of cameras
He came on scene, immediately professional! I totally agree.
Every time he opened his mouth I liked what he said. He made several suggestions for how to make things easier for Sean and the citizens. Even suggesting Sean write a letter to the clerk as well as Sean's idea of contacting the county attorney. He was at least making an effort...I don't think he would have added his own suggestions if he was just doing it for the camera.
Yeah, he seems to be one of the good guys.
This young sergeant will definitely be going places. Intelligent and courtesy. I would like to shake his hand. There are so many people who are sheep's,& just sit there and takes it.🤬🤬🤬🤬
Just violations after violations, it's amazing how we as Americans forgot what power we actually have. I don't think they expected the internet, and cell phones would be so powerful! Keep going, Sean you are making a difference
Although the citizens don't exploit the authority we have LEO'S do
That sergeant gets an A+. He listened, he upheld the constitution, and he is the most patient police officer I have ever seen.

Fire both security guards for violating the Constitutional Rights of the citizens people like these ladies are so egocentric And policy will never trump the Constitution
The sergeant is a pride for the Police force👍
It’s embarrassing for the county that a police sergeant has to be called to allow a citizen to enter the county Hq building without having to ID. The Sgt had his shit together.
Makes me wonder if you really need all those under him, remove all his underlings and this incident would have never have happened, these so-called Safety Officers a causing more problems than they solve .
If the Sgt had his chit together then the other tyrant pigs working under him would know the Constitution, laws and that rude behavior is not tolerated!
The difference between the sergeant and the officer was shocking. The officer's attitude reflects the Chief/Sheriff. That sergeant deserves a better agency. Respect to him and his demeanor should be taught to all in the academy.
@@zagijimzoo It’s likely the underlings had never before experienced such a situation so I cut them some slack. Now that they observed their Sgt at work, his actions and attitude, they should not repeat their errors. I’m sure the Sgt had an after action discussion with his troops to reinforce the lessons learned.
If you mean that the Sgt is a well-functioning Policy Enforcer, who places priority on bureaucratic procedures over his oath to the US Constitution, then I would agree.
Sean, thank you for doing this!! My dad, who was born in Wantaugh in 1938, does not own a computer and doesn’t even have an email account! If he wanted to do this, he would not be able to. And it would make him feel like he was stupid because he wouldn’t know how. This was ridiculous! The whole thing! My dad was a teacher in both Nassau and Suffolk counties for over 30 years. If you are reading this you need to find another job. Enforcing Constitutional laws is entirely different than trying to enforce a sign that someone put up on a whim.
Maybe Macdonald’s needs some
grassburger flippers. You think you might be able to handle that.
Check your EGO when you put on that uniform. That’s an order, Private Camera.
I think the younger sergeants tend to be more adept and knowledgeable than the older "check your camera" officers of the world. They're more likely to have their finger on the pulse. Wouldn't be surprised if this sergeant has seen LIA's audits and knew his officers were effing things up.
Sean is a pain, and annoying on purpose.
@@shewillloveGod Public servants enforcing unconstitutional policies are a bigger concern to me than someone being, in your opinion, annoying.

Best thing the Sgt did was LISTEN with an open mind. Kudos to him. In contrast, Officer Check Your Camera will always be a mindless lemming.
And that's why you ask for a supervisor, someone who may know the law and how to de-escalate and resolve issues. Without that he would be trespassed and possibly going to jail for an unlawful sign on a government building keeping out citizens. They need a sign saying no ignorant cops allowed in the building. See if they enforce that policy.
That Sgt is a VERY rare breed......
Props to the Sargent ~ Very Professional In Respecting The Constitution. Thank You, Sargent! Your Awsome.

Hospitals and emergency services treat Jane and John Doe's all the time. It is certainly a stupid argument.
I've worked in private buildings as a contractor that required me to sign in. They even demanded I quit what I was doing and participate in their fire/safety/tornado drills. I really wanted to say that I didn't work for them, I only have to follow what's in the contract, but their safety employees are required to know who is in the building so they can know if everyone is out in case of an emergency. I don't want someone risking his life running back into the building to find me, especially when I'm already in the parking lot.
Falling and getting hurt isn't a good reason to require an ID. A simple, head count that is anonymous for a govt. building is probably constitutional though.

The sergeant actually gave auditing tips and helpful information. He took it from a trespass to service. Absolutely incredible, but this is what we are supposed to receive. The bare minimum shouldn't be a win.
what a king ❤
As of May, 2023, they are still enforcing their policy to show ID to enter. They never removed those signs.
That one amazing Sargent. Your videos are very powerful
Unbelievable!! Thank You Sean for holding the tyrannical government accountable!!!!
The sergeant was probably the most important part of this interaction, he was the point of deescalation. This is an epic audit!! I’m glad the Sergeant actually knew what it was. It’s ridiculous the lack of knowledge by the county employees, on every front there. Epic fail on the audit! Helluva audit brother!
the sarge failed, he stood by when his officer refused to identify and said nothing!
@@sandwichman100 that’s true but he remained professional at all times
@@pmcgns10 He never remained professional by upholding policy instead of constitution, also he and the rest of the blue bacon stay with him when there was no crime at all, then he remained there to facilitate the sheeple workers instead of facilitating freedom of exercising our constitutional rights. Epic fail by him and the sheeple and yourself for not seeing the wrong doing.
