    2) chalti gadi me modes ka error ana aur kaam naa karna
    3)kai baar keys aur dikki bandh ho gadi me to bhi khuli hui dikhana
    4)chalti gadi me achanak se pickup chhod dena
    5)gadi liya tabse left side steering tilt rehta aur khichta he gadi
    6) left gutna dashboard k weird design ko lagna
    7)seatbelts pehne k bad bhi kai baar seatbelt ki warning bandh na hona

    I’m a Tata Altroz owner and I want to share that my service experience @ Tata’s dealerships has been very bad. I have owned the vehicle for 1 year and took my vehicle for 3 periodic services. Out of these 3 times, the dealership or the service centre has scratched or dented my car 2 times. Nevertheless, they agreed to do touch-up work after complaining about the issue (probably only because one of the service advisor is a family friend of our family). Tata should really focus on after sales training of their dealerships

    01. Customers have blind faith in #tatamotors dealerships. #Harrier owner said that his father has wasted 2-3 days in lodging FIR. If the service & repairs were minor, then owner should had taken a day-off to get it done by himself. Now, damaged Harrier can't serve its purpose. On the top, owner & his family is facing dealership's harassment after spending 20+ lakhs.
    02. Indian laws & judiciary system are outdated. Customer complaints are mostly ignored.
    03. Public don't have courage/knowledge/time to know & use laws loopholes into their favour.
    04. Not only TM dealerships, but other PV dealerships are also #unprofessional in dealing after-sales issues.

    Tata company ka iss taraf ase hi negligence raha & ase hi ghatiya after sales service rahi & ye hi attitude raha to unki halat pehle the wo hi wapas aayenge ....jese 6 mahine se punch & Nexon dono ki sales kam hui he....no 1 selling car se 5-6 no. Par ase hi nahi aaye....
    Ye hi nalayaki & ghatiya attitude responsible he....& Tata motors bhi itni inefficient & gadho se bhari he ki dealerships ko control bhi nahi kar pa rahe......ro fir gaadi bechne se pehle hi board laga do ki lene baad tata company ki koi jimmedari nahi he it's your own risk.....to log fir dusra option dekh le.....
    Kuchh jyada hi ho raha he Tata ki dealership me ase lafde...so Tata motors is Fully responsible for this.

    Believe it or not but smaller segment Tatas like Tiago / Altroz diesel are far better and decently reliable than these harrier and safari and even upcoming all Tata Curvvs or sierra

    The more unnecessary complex technology you"ll fill into these cars, the more failures and issues you"ll suffer in future :)
    So invest your 25-30 lakhs with a strong sense and knowledge :)

      Yes these cars are computers on wheels. 99.99% Mechanics can not service/repair these. It's out of their capabilities.

      BoycottTATA jab muh ke bak giregi inki sales tab sab sahi ho jayega inke sare offficials, dealership sab thik ho jayegi dekhna
      Bhai better hai hyundai, kia, maruti, toyota, skoda lelo Kam se kam well reputed international companies hai,
      Tata Mahinda logs toh bad mei service center ke chakar lagake rona padega 😂
