Funny story. I do MMA coaching as a hobby and once trained a dude that had one of these hair systems. I once had him in a guillotine and when he slipped out half his hair was hanging off. It freaked me out I actually thought I ripped off his scalp.

Something I noticed….saw a video recently, from BaldCafe I believe, comparing the hair of top RUclipsrs. The case studies that eventually lost their hair were all full time travel vloggers which I found peculiar. Must be the stress of travel and the constant sleep cycle changes plus gut bacteria changes that messed them up. Very interesting You do you, but for viewers I’d recommend being aware of the hidden stressors of travel that aren’t so obvious. Due diligence…do it, if you don’t wanna age rapid!
Hair looks great Jake. Quick question. Just tried a new system and the tape stuck to my head but didnt stick to the Swiss lace for more than 2 hours. Any ideas on how I can make the tape stick to the lace of a new system?

I got my first system fit today just before my 55th birthday. I say this from a non-judgmental place, but I hope therapy is something you can lean on. Breakups are hard, but you can't let them define your life. If you don't have a partner, that doesn't mean you're worthless or you've failed - and if you do think that way, you need to unlearn that. It's not healthy. Hugs for you.
Hi Jake - could you get 4-5 months out of a hair system if it was well maintained? I think honestly some thinning of a hair system is OK, because it most definitely looks better than the bald patch of a norwood 7.
Bali is great for nomads! I learned how to give myself an emergency fade which has saved my butt a few times whilst travelling. I guess stocking up on the essentials will have you covered for a while. Enjoy the freedom brother!!

You can use soap for the lace after the shampoo. Or you can wipe with isopropyl alcohol before tape.
