That's like offering uber-rich people a choice between an Infiniti and a Rolls Royce and thinking the former is an actual option.
One car is $70,000
The other is over $300,000

The “facts” presented about the Lyriq are waaaaay out of date.
Sorry, Lyriq Media, but so little is truly known about the Celistiq, at this time, this video is pure clickbait!
1. AWD is available on the 2024 Lyriq, giving both models the same power train. The Enhanced Boost may come standard on the Celestiq, but it is available now on the Lyriq as an OTA update.
2. The Celistiq as projected is larger and so should be heavier. With the same power train the range will be less than the Lyriq’s as will the 0-60mph time.
3. The 2024 Lyriq has the updated door handles. No need to wait until 2025.
4. So far the Celistiq is vaporware with none on the street, so interior materials and their quality is unknown, but with allowing owners to select custom interiors suggests they may be better depending upon what Cadillac allows as choices.
5. The narrator alludes to other great technologies in the Celestiq, but no specifics are given. Cadillac has teased a HUD for the Lyriq in 2025 so it is unknown if it will be a simple system or AI enhanced and the same for the Celistiq.
So the Celestiq is above current top leve Lyriq trims, is possibly a bit larger and possibly with optional Lyriq tech bits, but the only real difference is the ability to customize the interior. All at least double the price.
