How to Make a Metal DUBSTEP BANGER using SERUM (Sound Design Tutorial & Drop Breakdown)

What's up everyone, in today's video, I'll be breaking down a heavy dubstep drop I made recently! We're going to go over different serum sound design techniques I used to create all the basses in this drop, as well as arrangement tips to keep the flow of the drop as interesting as possible.
I'm also adding metal elements just because I want it to be as heavy as possible.
All the basses in this video are made from scratch using Serum.
This drop is the beginning of remix of one of my favourite metal song: "Banned from Heaven" from Children of Bodom (RIP Alexi).
I realized on the editing of this video that the guitars aren't properly mixed down but I think it's good enough for the purpose of this video. I should have probably reduced the mids a little bit and added a separate bass rather than keeping the whole frequency spectrum of the guitars.
