I keep hearing silicones are bad for your hair and but that they do good things to it as well like you mentioned. So I'm confused about whether I should use products with silicones or not. I have dark brown hair but very dry and very frizzy, damaged and static with a very dry, sensitive scalp. My hair also falls out and breaks so much. 😔 I've been using products without sulphates for a few years but it has only improved my hair a little, it's still pretty much the same. Is there any advice you could give me?

What do you recommend more for tangled, rough hair: moroccanoil or pureology?

I have a request. Try almond oil in your hair overnight and see how that works.
I have so dry hair and after applying oil on my scalp recently I kept it oil for two days and today I have seen a lot hair fall 😐
Your scalp produces a natural oil called sebum. You do not and shouldn’t apply oil to your scalp. Only to your hair. Oils can clog the hair follicles and cause hair fall
Leave oil on for maximum of 24 hours ..
