There's a railroad here in America called the Norfolk southern railroad, odd coincidence that there's actually a town called Norfolk in a whole other country.
MOM ITS NOT WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE Yeah I have heard of that aswell, America and England do seem to share a lot of names with each other, and Norfolk is the name of the county, which has a lot of different towns, and the main city of Norfolk county in the UK is Norwich. Our counties are kind of like your states. There are many more counties in the UK other than Norfolk.
Joe Thorpe here, there are also counties within states, and townships within those counties, and towns/cities within those townships, but we don't usually refer to counties unless it's important, we usually just say the city and state, for example, I live in chillicothe ohio which is in Ross county, but when saying it, you normally just leave out the name of the county since most people will know or won't care.
