Can you tell me the name of this part? I can't find it in any catalogs. Could you possibly ship to Melbourne Australia? About 10 of my springs have broken (clearly a design fault) and I have had to move parts from drawer to drawer until now I only have one spring in each drawer... Have searched for hours and can't find the part listed anywhere.... I know it's Harn, but can only find their Sylent system accessories. Thanks.

Hi there. The part is a spring mechanism. I'm very sorry but we can not supply into Australia. We supply Harn parts within New Zealand only. You could try Dorset in Victoria or Furnware Group in NSW. I think they are both agents for Harn drawers and they may be able to help.
