To be honest initially I thought it was kinda cringe Punk vlogging with cameras on him during the Evo live stream, but now I see how amazing it actually was from his perspective, I felt like I was the one walking there and could feel all that energy.

But, there have been years where the last tournament ends around midnight. Especially, during years where longer games like DBFZ are a main game, cause one year they ended Saturday finals at like 2 or 3 am. The other 2 people in each Top 8 still at least get a medal, I think. But unfortunately, don't get to play in the arena, now.

This was actually pretty helpful for me as it’s only my 2nd year competing in Street Fighter since SF6 dropped. Never been to a big offline tournament yet & I now got an idea of what it’s like and why it’s so cool to attend even if you’re not in contention for a championship. You were 1 of the 1st names, if not the 1st, I heard of being the prominent Top Street Fighters and this EVO win only emphasizes how hard you work and deserve it as well as the title of being The Best. This probably the most memorable EVO i think I've ever seen man, this year was sooo good, and to top it all off Punk won, you could tell how this whole community felt for so long, seeing a player like punk have to wait for so long to get that EVO championship, if i was there i would've acted the same way, congrats bro, if you're not happy, all of us damn sure are!!
EVO was my very first gaming event and I had an incredible time! When SF6 released it brought a resurgence of passion I had for fighting games and I remember watching EVO 2023 on stream and didn't know anybody but top six had only 1 dude representing USA and it was you Punk so I said that's my guy. Fast forward a year later I now know soo many names of people in the FGC and enjoy there content as well but I would of never of thought I would have the opportunity of a life time to see you take first at EVO! Congratulations Punk I was soo happy that night it was epic! I will never forget. Also I ate at the Wynn as well and no joke that buffet is amazing, even the damn butter for the crab was the best I've ever had lol.
