How did they get the foundations so stable on these old world buildings? Structures with the footprint of five Walmarts, yet the lines are all still straight and true. These days, most buildings tend to sink, tilt, buckle, flood or crack after about one generation...nobody ever talks about the foundations, flat, level and forever.

My guess is if they could build to that magnitude - precision - gravitas above the ground they probably had anchoring methods that went down to super solid stone which should be evident when they are torn down - but it could be their shear mass ? or how they were constructed

That answer or question is vital because we suspect that the Old World buildings may be hundreds of years earlier than we are told - like I think there are Apartment building where I live that are pre cataclysm but how old ? Can they be 200 years old ? with no real dilapidation ?

I'm firmly of the belief that NONE of these so-called authors dreamed up these works. Whether it be Orwell, Tolkien or whoever, they were gifted these scenarios and characters to sell to the public as a way of subliminally planting the seeds in their consciousness, and those that we know actually existed such as JK Rowling, reaped the royalties and kudos. I believe some never existed at all, such as the Shakespeare 'group' where a whole canon of new words were introduced into the language to be used mostly in legal control, and it would be interesting to know the lineage of these 'authors' such as Verne being a lawyer.

I grew up in Florida and believed it to be the most bland place imaginable
I’ve realized this is not at all the case and was definitely where many old world places thrived.
I think some. Immunities esp in south Florida arrived long before colombus

I was like 5 or 6 and went missing during a family trip to Disney world. The 20,000 leagues ride I loved was closed and in typical form i decided to slip into it anyway..
I found the giant pool drained and was unable to find the giant squid I wanted to see… the drained pool reminded me of a huge toilet … I had to pee…
I was then discovered and rescued but the event became one of the most shared stories in my family.. used to be humiliating yet perhaps even then I could detect bs n took Action lol

Jules Verne didn't invent anything, or very few. He just had unlimited access to what was left from the previous civilization before the catastrophe of the first part of the 19th century. Also, he definitely read earlier Vladimir Odoevsky' "The Year 4338: Petersburg Letters" which described future technologies, and which became very popular in France at the time.

Another wonderful presentation! I don't know about everyone else, but, when i read (with pictures/ drawings showing the advanced contraptions of the day) or watched a movie of one of Jules Verne's books i always had this strange vibe that this technology was a reality back in that time period.
As much as they try to make it out as fiction, something just strikes me that this was reality. The stories yes, the technology...........hmmmmm very interesting.

Jules Verne lived a very fascinating life. Huge fan of his novels. It’s a lot of fun to read his stuff and think about it from a modern perspective while you read through it. He was a voracious researcher and was aware of many cutting edge theories and ideas of his time. Many examples of ‘speculative’ fiction…or maybe not so speculative?

Certainly one of the best versions and it is also set in a desolate Rome of the 60s in the Eur district which has a particular futuristic architecture. All this makes the film even more dystopian. I saw it immediately after the end of the restrictions... and I was really surprised.

You misunderstand lifespans. Lifespan at birth was indeed much lower than today, because so many children died in the first few years of their lives. Those who survived childhood, even thousands of years ago, often lived into their 60s or 70s. Then, as now, relatively few people were dying in their 30s.

If you get a close up picture of the Nantes cathedral, notice between the central doors there is a statue. On the same level notice there are probably at least 29 other positions where statues have been removed. The same is true of the columns, there is similar positions higher up where there would have been more statues. These statues seem to be regular features on the old world buildings all over the world. The majority of people will never notice or realise the significance of these buildings .......so sad

Did you say you lived in Tampa at one time?
I live in the Tampa Bay Area currently (actually Clearwater area) and I'd be happy to take photos anywhere in the area if you'd like.
Recently I learned of the large stones in the area with holes drilled in them, possibly anchors from a previous area.
The University of Tampa has the architecture of Old World.
I wonder if Scientology and Freemasonry choose the Tampa area for headquarters because they "like" the area?
We also have MacDill AFB (home of Special Operations and Central Command).
And...there must be much more I am unaware of and looking forward to studying.
Please....Reply and let me know if I can be of service, I have the time and transportation available, just let me know what you want.

      @@Restitutor_Orbis_214 Great! I'll do that.
Is there a timeframe if it were to be included in upcoming Tampa video?
I'll be happy to video myself going to the various museums in the area, and asking for help finding "Old World Tampa".
Maybe I'll even ask the director of The Natural History Museum if the world is flat or round.
There is a man in Tarpon Springs who "discovered" the ancient anchor rocks he calls Atlantis Stones, he's probably available.
But much more importantly and scholarly, any input or advice from you would be most welcome.
We have Mermaids in Weeki Wachee, just north of Tarpon Springs, a place rich in Greek history maybe?
Tampa has/had a bridge which collapsed due to shipwreck. Old bridge destroyed; new bridge very "modern" in style.
Barnum of The Ringling Circus fame is in Sarasota...a bit of a drive from me, wonder what secrets a Circus might hide?
I understand that like a good teacher (I'd say professor) you might encourage me to do my own homework and find stuff...
Can you give me any clues?
      Why Tampa?
      Pirates maybe?
If there is a way to communicate more privately, just let me know.
I'm fine with everything being public and open, but let's not ruin any surprises by "thinking out loud" so-to-speak!
      THANKS

Side note : I know you're quoting the narrative (also questioning it) but HOW do they know when someone went bald , took their first steps , knew their entire psyche , yet we don't have details of 'who' built 'what' , 'when' and 'why' ? The 'where' is universal ... friggin mind blowing , in a slightly negative sense .

It is sort of like reading the very exact and detailed account of the battle between the USS Chesapeake and the HMS Shannon. We have some very fine details about who was standing where and who killed whom with a bayonet and a rapier during a bloody, chaotic boarding action.

I will not continue with that analogy lol . Halifax nova Scotia has given Boston our Christmas tree for over a hundred years by the way . There's definitely something fishy going on. :) Thank you for the movie suggestion In the name of the Rose, I just watched it and it was awesome! I would recommend watching Strange Angel [2018] a series about Jack Parsons although just when it started getting good it seems to have been canceled. Apparently he tried to summon the devil as a kid and his father came in the room wearing a devils mask, I thought that was interesting if true. Also, The Aeronauts period film in the 1860's about a hot air balloon science and publicity stunt record height edge of your seat awesome visuals kind of movie.

looks like word or date on bottom of column at 4:40, the date looks like 1513 and looks chiseled like they way 18** is chiseled on many structures. and have noticed these chiseled dates on many public schools made of brick, the dates in my hometown corresponded to when the interstate 95 along east coast was being built in that area; although some sand blasted clean i can tell now that the bricks were much older then a few decades as they look like those used in structures known to be greater than at least 150 years.
