I've read that the workers in the car factory leave things for good luck charms. I've only heard of Japanese pennies found behind door cards and under carpets though, not chocolate bars under the steering wheel.

Yeah, weird. We recon it fell down behind the dash somehow.. Still it's a cool wrapper so I'll be keeping that haha
