Hi Morris! I loved watching your videos,I keep coming back for more in your name. You're like me and cook from your heart and soul. I learned from a very young age, as I was interested in my mum's loving cooking. the lovely smell from her spices frying, got me inspired to learn. I started to learn at 11/12 yrs by the age of 15 she entrusted the cooking to me. You also very neat clean and tidy when cooking, just like me too. I'm from Calcutta - India where i was born and is a Christian, hence my first name. I am of the Anglo Indian origin as our ancestors intermarried with the British. But my husband is Jamaican. thank you for your lovely recipes and also explaining step by step the ingredients going in to your recipe. god bless and hope to see more of your lovely videos. am going to make this curry, with a rice and peas for Sunday lunch for my hubby

in a pressure cooker you can cook hard cow foot in abot 30 minutes... and cow foot is great for young and old..i eat it every week to help my body heal my joints and pulled muscles and ligaments...i think it makes the body stronger so its good for sports people to add this to their staple diet and eat at least once or twice a week. and one foot can feed four people properly, so if you are single ..eat 2 portions 1 week and 2 portions the next...

    Hi Morris,
Can you tell me why you use soy sauce & oyster sauce in a lot of your meat recipes? (Just curious) because I myself ALWAYS have Kikkoman/ Grace soy sauce and a large bottle a Lee Kum Kee oyster sauce lol.
Anyways, let me just say you are the best, hands down 😘
And can you please make a vid on stew peas with salt beef and oxtail? Mi a beg yuh, duh 😢👏🏾 .
