My Dinner This Sunday 😋 Cow Foot, Cow Skin & Some Tripe 😋 Yesssss
Hi Morris! I loved watching your videos,I keep coming back for more in your name. You're like me and cook from your heart and soul. I learned from a very young age, as I was interested in my mum's loving cooking. the lovely smell from her spices frying, got me inspired to learn. I started to learn at 11/12 yrs by the age of 15 she entrusted the cooking to me. You also very neat clean and tidy when cooking, just like me too. I'm from Calcutta - India where i was born and is a Christian, hence my first name. I am of the Anglo Indian origin as our ancestors intermarried with the British. But my husband is Jamaican. thank you for your lovely recipes and also explaining step by step the ingredients going in to your recipe. god bless and hope to see more of your lovely videos. am going to make this curry, with a rice and peas for Sunday lunch for my hubby
I did this recipe and it was off the chain!!! That's all I'm saying.....thx Morris

Hi brother I just want to let you know not everybody can cook cow foot and clean it good you should have showed them how to clean cow foot because of the hair underneath and on top and how we will burn it off and scrape it off anyway it looks clean to me thank God you know what to do but it should have showed him how we clean it I wash it and we don't put on the fire straightaway been marinated I wash it down with vinegar and lemon and lime I would leave it overnight thank you anyway keep strong and I'm glad you're doing such things brother
Most Store's Clean Off All De Hair
The cow foot in the store dont have any hairs it is not the burn one
Just have to wash it good, and you are ready to go
I just buy the burnt one in the store…it’s modern time!😃
I guess it was imported cow foot and not our local whre you can see the hair just saying
Made your recipe today. It was a hit, everyone loved it.
in a pressure cooker you can cook hard cow foot in abot 30 minutes... and cow foot is great for young and old..i eat it every week to help my body heal my joints and pulled muscles and ligaments...i think it makes the body stronger so its good for sports people to add this to their staple diet and eat at least once or twice a week. and one foot can feed four people properly, so if you are single ..eat 2 portions 1 week and 2 portions the next...
Very High In Cholesterol😞😔
Yes I heard cartilage is healthy but cow foot is high in fat and cholesterol and sodium. So I would say maybe once month as far a healthy consumption.
Cow Foot Is NOT HIGH In Sodium😒The Cooker Adds Sodium To Thier Food Dummy
Good Luck Wid Alll De Cholesterol
@@melissamartin2876 How old are you. No need to call me out of my name. I meant to say saturated fat. Not sodium. There are no dummies over here. Let's be respectful. And yes the sodium is based on the individual preparing the meal. I agree.
I LOVE ALL OF UR VIDEOS!
Thank you Annesha!

So its better to marinate for days then cook
Marinate it raw for days? Could you elaborate, if you have the yime? Im interssted
@@GladiusTRjust like in tje video above it cuts cooking process by half
Much love from Kenya..I gonna try this
Yes youth ,I bet it taste good ,up
Looks amazing! And have to be yummy, and by the quantity of the seasonings you used I already know it’s not too salt but quite flavorful. I also love that you didn’t overdo the browning in there. That color is beautiful

First time making let's see how it goes 😊😊
Hi Morris,
Can you tell me why you use soy sauce & oyster sauce in a lot of your meat recipes? (Just curious) because I myself ALWAYS have Kikkoman/ Grace soy sauce and a large bottle a Lee Kum Kee oyster sauce lol.
Anyways, let me just say you are the best, hands down 😘
And can you please make a vid on stew peas with salt beef and oxtail? Mi a beg yuh, duh 😢👏🏾 .
I do too,as does my Mother.Must have something to do with the Chinese influence in Jamaican cuisine...
Look delicious
Chef I really wanna try this. Haven't had cow foot for over two decades 🤣🤣
Your recipes are always on fire 👊🏽👊🏽
Can I use a slow cooker BTW please Adrian?
👌👌👌😋😋😋
Instead of the oyster sauce what can you use please?
very good cooking is there a way to cook cow foot like in a soup or stew
Look yummy
Looks yummy 😋
Well , I tried it a good while now, just telling you it's great perfect blend of seasoning enjoyed it,except the cow foot I bought was tough ( on special beware of the specials in stores cause sometimes is tough,hard......meat ) but the gravey made my dinner enjoyable 🤦🤷👍
You got to cook it on low to medium heat for 2hours and 30 mins checking for tenderness with your fork and adding more water 1 cup or so at atime
wooooiiii! mi belly. A want some now, now. Beautiful
Big up my yardie
Tomorrow Tomorrow am cooking this for the frist time
What is your mix blend?
Yow diss look wicked... Jah know star
Where do I find a pot like the one you have. Them Imusa aluminum pots are so trash.
Can you do brown stew pork?
Prince of Egypt soundtrack in the background...
What parts do you eat of the cow foot... Is it the gelatinous part?
Yes.
That the only part you can eat the bone too tough. If there’s marrow you can suck it out. This is actually good for your skin and joints.
❤️
Can pig feet be used instead of the cow foot? Thank you.
