For ppl that no rich ppl want u work for them I had to do lot of work just ti make enough money myself. It take me only around 1 month to get to soybean and get level 3 equipment since i work 2-3 hours every day the month. I dont start animal farming til end of month since it is very money consuming unless u have alot of money for food coop feeder and more. But if someone hires you to work, congrats!

Im just using 5 fields with 16x25 and put patatoes on them, im currently working on that, and 1 field already gets me 1.3 million, with a profit around 300. Because i need to buy like 8 boxes of 120k = 920k or so.
Now im using 2 fields, 45x30 or so, capacity is 1350 so thats 2700 in total. With patatoes. So 2700x3000 = 8.1 mil (3000 price of patatoes) 2700 : 50 = 54 boxes 50 = 1 box 54 x 120.000 = 6.48 mil I make 1.6 mil profit each time.

The people who blacklisted you, they open settings -> blacklist -> add -> input your name. Basically you can't enter their farm
