i think i heard the scream, i believe more often than not, when it isn´t an actual concert, they will have it either low in the mix or pau will save her chords for another night :)
anyway yes, always live, always professional... always giving 100% no matter if they play for a cell phone camera or 50,000 people
If you haven't already, check out their Desvelados performance of Queen of the Murder Scene (title track). Its grittily, imperfectly AWESOME and CRUNCHY!
Dany programs different effects and distortions for each song depending on whether she is playing the verse, chorus, or solo, which of course she changes on the fly. Love those wails by Dany at the end of Martirio almost as much as Pau’s scream in Evolve. 😎👍

Sugerencia: canal de Thomas Illgen, quien regaló los primeros Spectors a Ale, hay 4 videos espectaculares de un concierto en Richmond 8/13/22. Primer plano de Ale, excelente sonido del bajo muy bien grabado, también su desempeño. El ángulo de grabación es muy bueno, por lo que podemos ver a Pau y Dany. La voz de Daniela se escucha bien, no así Ale. No tiene desperdicio, una verdadera joya!
There has been some criticism about the awful mix by Desvelados, but for me, I LOVE the gritty, imperfect, garage punk sound! These performances rock, and they rock raw and dirty!
It's a shame Kimmel's crew didn't hear this to know what TW should really sound like.

Interesting mix, heavy on the lead. The vocal harmonies are fantastic, nice and clear but the snare doesn’t really cut through.
Pau's scream was not part of the song, but from what they said during a practice session while jamming to Evolve Pau slammed her hand between the drumstick and the tomtom metal ring that forced her to scream during that part of the song and not sure if it was Rudy but the people who were there said they loved the scream so they started including it, not sure if it was after this show.

I did go back to check, and both the OMV (July 2021, before this appearance) and the Error album and presumably Mayday as well have the scream. So, it was established by this time. But, we noted another time she didn't scream. I think she does it, but her mic volume happens to be low at this time so you can just pick it up right at the beginning of it.
@@glennandadriansrocktalk- the *"SCREAM"* we heard on this video was on the backing track. The same *"SCREAM"* that was on the studio / music video track. The Warning also used the backing track *"SCREAM"* on their *Live Sessions Video.*
The band dropped the *"backing track scream"* when they began their *North America Mayday Tour 2022* at Rockville (Nov '21) for the beloved *"WAAAAAAAAAA aka Pau's SCREAM OF DESTRUCTION".*
I didn't hear the scream
It's way down in the mix at that moment, but I do hear it right at the start of where it should be. It could be they were riding Pau's mic level during the performance to help bring down drum bleed, and didn't expect it. That said, we do know of that one time where she didn't scream...
Dany drowned her out! 😅
@@glennandadriansrocktalk When they first started playing Evolve live Pau said that she was NOT going to scream every time but it went over so well and with practice she learned to do it without risking her voice so it is now part of the performance. I remember a few voice coaches warning that she would blow her vocal chords by screaming like that but I'm sure she has it down now and can do it without risking injury. Of course those voice coaches were laboring under the mistaken impression that Pau is merely human anyway so... 😂
