Hai Kirthika...yes they will learn from third or fourth grade depends on the schoo(but not too depth)l..otherwise you make them to learn English by arranging Nachhilfe or sending them to institution where they teach english
All kindergarten is supported government.so fees will be same ..it differs on how many hours you leave ur child in kindergarten.Fees may vary from 80 to 150 euro

Fees depends on your salary...suppose if we get 6000 euro ,fees will be approximately around 800 to 1000 euro..it varies accordingly
