Thank you for your information about working hours in the office, health, taxation in the salary, avoid stress, termination from work, compensation payments that you explained
Some additional message also must be conveyed about 37.5/40 working hours. Just to compare the hours in India, the quality of those 37.5 hours is really important. The amount of work someone complete in 37.5 hours is higher than avg amount of work completed in 37.5 hours in india. This is being said in physical work (line work) and also in desk work. In India not all but chit chatting is common at work hours which so far is very less here. Employer must pay 6 months when we voluntarily resign ? are you sure? bcz when someone volentarily resign, they get unemployment money only after 3 months but this info. is quite different.
My intention was only to explain the working hours and not how people work. I did not mean to compare the work being done. Thanks for pointing out about resignation, I meant to say when the job contract is over as most of the Jobs here are 2 or 3 years contracts based. I will try to be more clear in my upcoming videos.

Thanks for the beautiful explanation. Really liked it. I am a front end developer working in Chennai. Can you pls help me with learning a language between french and german to improve my chances in getting selected for a europe based job ?
Hi, thank you. You need to know that with just knowing English you can get a job in Europe but you need to decide which country you would like to get a job in. Based on that you can prioritise the language. If you really wish to work in Germany, then learn German. I would say, learning the language based on the country you would like to work is better.
Hello, step 1: Install StepStone, LinkedIn, Xing, Glassdoor and create an account. Step 2: type the area/state you would like to work in Germany and enter the field in which you’re looking for a job Step 3: start applying. In fact, i hold a prayer meeting in my home every month, where about 20 to 25 local British and Scottish white people come and participate. We have integrated so well in this UK culture and also become a British citizen. Also, these EU countries including Germany are opening their country only for sometime to fill their workforce vacancies. Once they are filled, they will kick out all foreigners. I don't want to live in a country struggling to speak the language freely. Besides, in smaller towns in Germany there is so much racism.
