I think that it is terrific news that you were able to purchase the nursery and preserve these specimens. I have been inspired by people such as Francis Cabot and his Garden Conservancy Organization and efforts at preservation, and you guy's can and are doing the same by assuming the nursery. It is a great story with your history of affection of Buchholz Nursery and scraping money together to visit a decade ago, and an even better one to know that you own it now and future generations will be able to see the trees in person.

Such a beautiful garden and a huge responsibility to keep it that way! I love the maintenance of the space so that each specimen is shown to its best advantage. It looks like a Garden of Eden, except maybe for the bears and cougars. 🫣

Science radio or mystery theatre radio's who done it? Acer campestre has been grafted, but...who done it? Was it Ed Woods in a Garden House #2 with his pruning knife? Was it Bryan Rule in Mr Maple Garden House #24 with his pocket knife? Or, was it Talon Buchholz in BnB Garden House #6 with his gardening knife? It was not Mr Plume in the Library with a Lead pipe? What's your guess before... Matt and Tim...both climb up the original Purple Ghost tree, followed by a Big Brown Bear and a Yella Cougar. Fortunately, bears and cougars can't climb trees according to school-skipping Henry of the classic B-movie thriller, "Cocaine Bear"! I think, this lovely Fall weekend, today or tomorrow, I'm going to plant my two Carnivals purchased this past year during a big on-line MrMaple sale event and also an open house. I may also have to put a 'Hot Blonde' or two next to my own Purple Ghost, which is the off-spring of Talon's original up der in Oregon. 🍂🐻 🍁🐈... 'Mystery Radio Theatre"...brings back distant memories... sponsored by BnB's Lake Wobegone Wildcat Audio Theatre... 🔉📻.🔊...and Bert's Biscuits...remember "if it ain't burnt, it ain't Bert's.". What is the light green frilly plant at the end of this video ? It is taller than Matt on the left side of the trail .
