Mostly I don't mind the fur but when I am foiling it can be just a little annoying lol. Thanks for your lovely visit here today Wendy, and say hello to your Pomeranian for me x
We have always had black cats and most of them didn’t really seem interested in being with me in the craft room. But the two we have now do and since I do not have a door to my craft room, I have to be careful about what I leave out! Jinx loves to knock things off!! Your square card is my favorite. Thanks for sharing.
I only found out recently that 'black cats' are the most difficult to rehome, and I think they are so beautiful! I am very happy that yours have found their way into your crafty space (wink).
Hi Lilly! She's a beauty ❤️🐈⬛ Thank you for sharing these wonderful techniques! I always want to make cards, but I don't always feel like stamping -- these are perfect alternatives!
It was Lili's 13th birthday that day and she is a cutie, I agree Jeanie! I am so glad you enjoyed these techniques and hope that you try them out using your stash, I know you will come up with something amazing!
What I can't get over is how similar some 'black cats' look, I see photos sometimes and would insist that it is my Lili except I know it couldn't be lol. Big hugs to Coona and Mudgee... although, I know they would probably run rather than be hugged by a stranger haha.
Yay, Welcome Barbara I am so happy you are here! I hope you are inspired to create using these ideas and maybe check out some more, crafty hugs, Therese
Beautiful cards! I love them all. I guess I'm one of those rare card makers who does NOT like to do stamping, even though I have tons of stamps to work with. But I love die cutting and using pattern paper. So these ideas will definitely come in handy. Thank you for all your great ideas!
Love all the cards! I am more likely to create cards like this because even with the Misti my stamping abilities are questionable. 😂 Thank you for sharing!
Ink swiping is also another way that I quickly create quick matching coloured cardstock too, it's much quicker than going through my stash looking for the perfect colour lol. Thanks so much for your lovely visit here today Jennifer, Crafty hugs, Therese
Hello Lily! Such a beauty. I really liked the blue snowflake card (I do have a thing for snowflakes 😉). The patterned paper gave me an idea to do some paper piecing on some gnomes I have. Thanks for sharing Therese.
I bought similar positioning pieces and I love them, especially when I want to do multiple mats. They make lining them up so easy! What a lot of great techniques. Before I got a stamping platform most of my card designs were sans stamping and I would create the card base with a printed sentiment inside.
Hi Therese, I love all your cards . You are so talented. My crafting has slowly become harder for me. But I’m still hanging in there . I hope you are warmed up in Australia and are doing all you outdoor activities you all love to enjoy. Hope you family is well and you get to spend Christmas with them. Take care and look after yourselves & your fur babies. Big hugs 🤗 and love ❤️ to you. P. 🎄☃️🎅❄️
Yay, so nice to hear from you Patti! yes, things are warming up a little and we have a camping trip lined up before the school holidays start in December so that should be wonderful! Did you see Lili in this video (she makes a short appearance at the end and it was her 13th birthday (but I forgot to mention that lol). My husband is working Christmas this year but my brother and his wife are planning to visit so I will have someone to keep me company. My father has his 80th birthday in January so we are also planning for that trip so it will be busy times for us here! Hope you are staying well and finding some crafty time, Hugs Therese x
I love stamping my own backgrounds, however your "no stamping" ideas are absolutely lovely. I have to try them. The only thing I don't have is the hot foiling, but I did get some of the foils that only use the laminator - I'll try with that. Thank you so much for sharing.
Hope you have fun creating your cards Barbara, toner foiling is a perfect option and such fun too! I also like to stamp my backgrounds (because that way I can hoard my papers, but I am trying to get better at using them lol.).
Stamping…what’s stamping? Jk! Lol! I actually gave up stamping a few yrs ago for dies, embossing folders, stencils, etc. I did have many many yrs of stamping now it’s the other ways. 😊 I love your cards and your ideas!
I am surprised at how much my papercrafting has changed over the years since the introduction of die cut machines and affordable thin wafer dies, these things have been a game changer... and don't even start me on coordinating layering stencils and 3D embossing folders lol.
Therese! Thanks so much for these techniques! I’m not the best stamper ever though I have a stamping platform…I just end up getting ink on my fingers, my wrist, my clothes! Die cuts and patterned paper are my friends! But I also liked your hot foiling! So shiny!
I am continuously grateful for your Christmas card videos, Therese. Each card is worth copying, although I do try to make it my own. I have a couple of new stamps and stencils and you have helped me again to make unique cards with what I have. Always thankful, Kirrie.❤️🇨🇦❤️🥰
First time here. Love your clear & to the point tutorials. The Auzz align tool is new to me, is it available for purchase in the US? Lovely cards! Subscribing today.
Thank you so much! There is a version of the Auzz align tool available here on Amazon (I'm not sure if my affiliate link works in the US) amzn.to/3rWc8cA I haven't used this particular one so I am unable to confirm the quality, but I do know of people who have purchased it and I haven't had any negative feedback. I use mine with the A2 Layering dies from Waffleflower Crafts here (SSS affiliate link) shrsl.com/2i4z9 but check your stash as you may already have rectangle dies that work with them. I also have a video explaing how to use them here ruclips.net/video/YaKBbHmrBgY/видео.htmlsi=Z-eOrEZNXOaF-wpV Hope this is helpful, I use mine all of the time! Crafty hugs Therese
I think it is called Swirling Flurries and is from Ellen Hutson who I think has moved her brand to Amazon US, you may be able to find it here tinyurl.com/3be37fdm
totally made me laugh out loud.... a black house panther, I know EXACTLY what you mean. I can't tell you how many times I've nearly stepped on Lili because I just haven't seen her! ps I think Annie and Lili must be sisters, evil but cute lol.
Hi Tracey, this is Altenew's Globe Builder Die Set and I have an affiliate link here for it if you would like to use it (at no extra cost to you) shrsl.com/40dhs My apologies that you couldn't find the link, but they are waaaay down the bottom of the description and always linked at my blog too. Thank you Bev, I forgot to say that it's her birthday today and she is 13!
Oh wow….she looks good for 13! Happy birthday Lily! My friend’s cat is 16 and still going strong! ❤@@lostinpaper
The wreath stencil is 🤩!!
I know right!!!
Lilly is So Cute! She looks like our black cat named Silky! He's a very loud cat! Lol!
Lili likes to talk too!
I love seeing kitties!
Me too lol. Mine are quite shy and if Lili knew she was being seen by all she would freak out haha
Love these designs without stamping.
Thanks so much Denise, I hope you give them a try!
All cards are absolutely brilliant! Fun days ahead here in my space 😊
Yay! I hope you enjoy creating with these ideas Jocelyn!
Great cards, Therese! Lily is so sweet! I have 2 ornery cats.... but sweet in their own ways! ☺
We have 2 rescue cats who are both quite high strung as well, it makes life interesting but they are happy (mostly) lol.
Lily is so cute!
We have a Pomeranian and her hair goes everywhere as well!
I like all the cards, too hard to choose just one
Mostly I don't mind the fur but when I am foiling it can be just a little annoying lol. Thanks for your lovely visit here today Wendy, and say hello to your Pomeranian for me x

Beautiful cards, thanks so much for sharing 😊🇨🇦. I have two rescues who help me in my craft room.😊
Rescues are the best... not the greatest help in my room (in my case) but the BEST anyway lol!
Such a wealth of ideas. Loved everyone of the cards.
Cheers

beautiful cards Therese. specially liked the wreath one. Lily is the image of my Coona but his sister Mudgee is a black & white "painted face" kitty
What I can't get over is how similar some 'black cats' look, I see photos sometimes and would insist that it is my Lili except I know it couldn't be lol. Big hugs to Coona and Mudgee... although, I know they would probably run rather than be hugged by a stranger haha.
These cards are delightful! And Lily is worth all the cat hair in foil in the whole world! She’s stunning! 😻
I totally agree lol! It was her 13th birthday yesterday!
Fabulous cards and clear explanations. Thanks a million 😊
Yay! You are so welcome!
I've just found you and enjoyed your video thanks I also have fur cards thanks to my furbaby Teddy 😊😊

We are quite spoiled with the options, so many amazing stencils and dies there is no need for stamps if you don't want them lol.
Love all the cards! I am more likely to create cards like this because even with the Misti my stamping abilities are questionable. 😂 Thank you for sharing!
hahaha you totally made me laugh out loud with your 'misti stamping abilities', we all have those days 🤣!
Very nice cards. And thank you for getting right into it. I so enjoy watching your videos. Thank you for sharing.🤗😊

So glad you liked it Cindy, Poinsettias are one of my fave images to use on Christmas card designs!

It's Lili's birthday today and she is 13, and yes, rules the house lol.
They are all fabulous Therese. I’m loving the snowman/globe card, especially because you didn’t make it a shaker. Super cute!
It was tempting lol.

I agree Orla, especially since it is her 13th birthday today (she is now a teenager lol)!
I haven't ever done hot foiling as of yet. It is sure beautiful ❤️

Wow, never thought sbout coloring with markers. I had cut little pieces of different paper and tape them so i could die all together.
