1/2 tsp aluminium free baking soda
2 Tbsps cornstarch
2 tsps onion powder
2 tsps ginger powder
Black pepper
2 tsps Sesame oil
2 Tbsps hoisin sauce
2 Tbsps soy sauce
1/2 cup water or unsalted beef broth
2 tsps rice vinegar
Oil
4 clove garlic, finely minced
2tsps finely grated or minced ginger
Green pepper, chopped
2 - 3 green onions, sliced
