Thanks for taking the time to make this video. Since you are a home brewing expert, how about making some tasty lager wort and fermenting it in the F1 using one of three built in lager fermentation profiles accessible through the touch screen?

I can do that. I have a home made cider video coming out, and then I'll be doing the Amber lager kit, before moving on to an IPA, then I can move to maybe a nice basic lager with a bit of hops, like maybe some Saaz.

Thanks for the video. This seems to be a nice machine indeed, specially for the ones starting on the brewing world

Yes, I'm starting to see this system as "Ferement and Serve" with amazing temp control for both, while most home brewing systems are more about "Mash and Boil". I'd love to see someone eventually come out with something like this for 5 gallon batches. I think the two companies currently geared to produce something like that would be iGulu (tons of cutting edge tech for this), or KegLand as they are always coming out with new tech related stuff for home brewers.

Thanks for the great video on this. I should have one coming, not sure when. Original backer. Can you please give us a pour. Neither video have you included that. Seems odd?

Sorry, I had created a short on the pour, but never got around to posting it, I'll try to locate it and get the short generated. This one would have a been great as it poured really nice. The Pale Ale was a bit heavy on the foam initially. Currently I have a Cider fermenting for the next upcoming video.

Check this video out as it was the part I edited out of the video above showing me pouring the beer using the built-up pressure from fermentation. I'll have to do two more eventually, one with the built-in pump (I did one but I messed up on some of what I said saying O2 instead of just air) and I can't do the CO2 one as my pre-production unit has a problem with a valve that was replaced on the production units to avoid the issue I have. - ruclips.net/user/shortsqLPAaTFFDys

Brewed it. Most of it went down the sink. Bad Taste.

I'm sorry to hear that, but I have a recommendation on your next brew. Add everything and then stir the hell out of it. This will prevent clumping of the DME and add air for the yeast to grow a bit before fermenting. Also, if your PSI goes over 20 psi during fermentation, purge it down to 10 psi or less. If you do the Pale Ale, toss the priming sugar with the DME at the same time to help with fermentation.
We recently realized that I screwed up the Pale Ale in a good way and they are reviewing the recipes. For the Hefee, I only did what I mentioned above. Also, make sure everything is super sanitized and minimize exposure from the air while preparing it. Hopefully your next brew will be as amazing as all the ones I've done so far.
