Totally confused at 34.12 Mario says -x mutiplied by postive x is -2x but isn't it -x2 (negative x squared)? Not minus 2x

how is algebra 2
@@inactivechannelnow3814 to be honest i find it way easier than geometry. Algebra 2 is basically algebra bur with a couple needles things. I never got lower than a 96% in algebra and im doing about the same in algebra 2.
