I think those are a leftover from other models. All e7 pro assembly tutorials I've found also forego the B type screws entirely. In fact, I can find no place to attach them to on the main crossbeam, which they claim in the instruction manual is where you are supposed to screw them in. Were you able to find a place for them?
I like the improvement to a cloth magnetic cover instead of the big piece of metal - is it possible to order that to upgrade my E7 Pro? :) *edit* turns out "Standing Desk Pro Series E7" on my receipt is actually just a plain E7; I still want that cable cover :)
In your website the cable tray is installed opposite In this video is installed in an another way In the instruction is installed opposite What i have to do? 😂
I had to use my phone to watch that tutorial. It was a pain to use my youtube phone app when rewinding due to the ads. Why do you have to run ads on a tutorial like this - that is not customer friendly at all and causes mistakes. Not cool at all
Thanks for the video, but you didn't screw the "B" type screws.

The cloth magnetic cover is a great idea! Thanks for the idea, maybe we'll expand this product in the future!
