sprint jumping depends on the spd effect that is applied to you
running without jumping with spd2 applied is faster than sprint jumping with spd2. Sprint jumping with spd1 or lower is faster compared to their no jumping counterpart, tho
so if you have any spd effect above 1 applied to you, it isn't recommended to sprint jump
