Ok tested in different environments and headphones, the chorusy brassy thing goin on is definitely inaudible in a lot of them and the snares do still feel a bit loud even in the best-case scenario (KOSS porta pro, so great and open back). Earbuds and closed back didn't play nice, sometimes leaving sections of the track as just snares.
@@KirbaeK If you ever need a confidence boost, the Beatles needed about 20 man hours, often more, devoted to just mixing a mono song, not including inventing new ways of mixing music or techniques to use those new ways, and would be so exhausted by the end of it that they'd leave it for the producer to do the stereo mix in about a half hour or so. Dynamic Range DB shows the difference in quality there, which is one of the most dramatic of any artist, and some people on some sound systems will prefer the stereo mix.
