Why delicate specifically?
I've been through this also, been painting interior and exterior and drywalling for 22 years now, I've had paint peel off vinyl myself and especially when masking and spraying doors with the vinyl sash windows, when I spray doors like that I mask about a dimes width onto the glass , you may still have to score the perimeter that's bridged but it's easier to take a new razor blade and to clean the perimeter rather than pulling sheets off the vinyl or use XIM high adhesion primer first, sometimes I'll mask adjacent to the surface being sprayed also if the masking isn't adhering and or run the risk of pulling a finish off and I'll cut in around the perimeter. Idaho painter is super skilled and I love this channel. Thank you very much.

vinyl shutters are notorious for the masking to peel the paint

Also I just bought a graco 695 low boy and want some reccomendations on tip sizes? It comes with a 517 which is quite a large spray and I have used my dad's 695 with a 517 tip but no other sizes. Any "tips"? 😅😅

I just primed a new basement, spend 4 hours prepare and spray for 2 hours, 1 hour cleaning, 1 hour sanding primed wall,I believe i can roll everything in 8 hours. So which way is better?
