I've been keeping up with this game for the past 9 years and I still shake my head looking at these inexcusable design flaws. That's one thing though, on top of the fact that every Sonic fan like me knows this whole game is a wrinkled mess.
I had this game since like a year or two never played it.i started playing it a few months ago and i finished it in a month...the achievements took longer took a while.but I finally did it ^-^
"Now go and buy SONIC THE HEDGEHOG, You won't regret it" Lmao. Oh, btw, I think the whale one would be made clearer if you had shown what happens when you fail that mission, along side what happens when you succeed. There is so much more to mock when you view it like that.
Kinda funny you say that at the end...I think...I should get Sonic '06; I'm into glitches and I know the gems and stuff will allow weird things to happen.
Bought this game recently as somehow it was the only Sonic game I never played (not because I was aware how bad and glitchy it is, somehow just never bought it) I've read many comments, heard lots of opinions and seen lots of videos talking about the quality of this game and I was prepared for it not to be as good as other Sonic games but somehow as a big Sonic fan I thought that maybe it will be still fun and playable but I didn't know people were 100% right about it. Some levels such as Crisis City are good but most of the game is really bad, I have no idea how they could just release it like that without any bug tests whatsoever.
probably a big fail of all sonic games would have to be logic in general. Like why even bother making a backstory if they just sound like a game of madlibs

Fun fact, a later build of the game was made by Sega, but when booted on PS3 and Xbox 360. It crashed. So they went back a version and released it
