Can you use a watering globe with the plant ?
You probably can but I have never tried it. Just make sure you let the soil dry out in between watering so it won't get over watered.

is it necessary to get sunlight for peace lily ? My plant is getting yellow leaves very fast
Peace lily likes bright indirect light. It can also tolerate low light but will have slow growth. Yellowing of leaves is a sign of overwatering.
