Sales pitch for old beige people. Families and retiress. Absolutely horrible for singles ZERO nightlife and that matters to most singles unless they are Dorks. Also 10 degrees hotter than Temecula in the summer. Close to 100 degrees for months. Don't sugarcoat. Lose credibility.
Traffic is horrible. They forgot to build roads here. And the commutes out of here are way worse than you said and continually getting worse every year.
Nice Video. I hate the higher taxes. All newer builds have almost have 2%. If taxes were normal, I definitely move. Taxes is what discouraged me because I want a new build.
Unfortunately most new builds have higher taxes which sucks ☹️. They do have beautiful resale homes in the area that have lower taxes, so if you ever want information on that, we could send that over to you. 951-533-9966. Have a wonderful day!
