I have press the factory reset button by mistake...so My tv screen shows press volume Plus and mines buttons same time..after pressing the bottom same time still my Thomson tv remote didn't pairing .. should I buy new remote or is there any other methods... ( 9A 42 inches) Please kindly suggest me
Sir actually my remote is not pairing with Thomson 65 smart Inch tv so what to do otherwise everything is fine remote is also working nice but not pairing with tv. So I also can't comand my voice to Google assistant any solution plz👍🙏❤️
Pls let us know if you have followed the process explained in the video to pair the remote. If still not working pls try pairing any other Bluetooth device if available. If other Bluetooth is pairing problem with remote. If not pairing problem with TV Bluetooth device itself.

Pls put batteries back and try to pair the remote as shown in the video. If still not working u could consider remote Bluetooth not working and can replace or claim under warranty if available.
Bought this tv for 18k (43") today. It's an absolute steal at this price. Check it's reviews on Flipkart.. with 4.6/5 rating it becomes one of the best in it's segment. Go for it without being hesitant
U could download prime video apk from aptoide or apkmirror and load it to a pen drive and can install. Or u could download aptoide.apk file and install it on the TV. It is an alternate play store which will have many apps supported.
Pls reset the tv and start the setup from the begining as per the video. If still does not work u could raise with the customer support for hardware issue.
You may need to install google home on yourr phone and once done you need to sign in with the same account your TV has used and setup in your mobile and later. Search for devices. You will see the TV listed and you could cast your mobile to TV. You may need to install google home on TV also it would be faster.
Product is so far so good and quality is also good, but there is no update provided since it was released and other products are selling their TVs with latest android. If your budget is low u could prefer this and you have good budget I would recommend LG or Samsung compared to these TVs like Vu, Thomson. Realme is going to release a TV on 25th of this month and you could wait for that as well.

@@adhvlogger1512 Pls remove batteries in remote and press each and every button on the remote including g assistant button and put back your batteries and check if you are able to use the Google assistant. If that doesn't work you may need to report to the customer care for any hardware issues. Also Pls check your google login is used for TV setup otherwise it may not work. Hardware issue hota shayad. Aap service center se contact kariye. Aap sab kuch try Kar diya bol re. Last option service center.
