I have tried many times to get into my smart tv but It is different than what you explain here. Finally, I have reached to the last switch on or off the step., then when I try to put it off, did not get into that....well I became frustrated. It was strange how come this could happen? I mention all this because my problem was with the switch key on the control. Thank you so much for this nice explanation who leads me to the right conclusion.
