Very impressed with the musical score.
Ruben Östlund is delivering again! Great movie!
If you love the movie and hate the ending, then you wish the world continues to run as it does on the yacht. Brilliant ending creating cognitive dissonance, top movie of 2023 so far
But you'd instead be under control of Abigail. So essentially the same except even less freedom. Lol.
A very good interview! So interesting hearing Ruben talking about the movie
and future plans. A great movie and very deserving of the awards, so fun
it is also nominated for the academy awards =)
Entered my top 10 movie list...I was happily surprised by it. Love the ending
What's your other 9 movies on your list?
@@nunyab5955 THE PEOPLE HAVE TO KNOW
One of the best films I’ve watched this century so far…. And yeah I love the ending too.
Whats with that fecking loud ass alarm... rip my ears
waiting patiently for the next film
All of his movies are worth watching
brutal alarm......
THE ENDING CORRECTLY EXPLAINED IS:
WE the viewer are Left to decide the ending of this movie, in EVERY day and Every moment of our Lives whether we will out of fears and desires, back stab and claw our ways to be more than others, to feel superior and make others feel inferior to us OR if we will strive to be equals to others, strive for intimacy and a supporting and sharing existence with others.
Will we show we have learned something from this movie and move towards a having/heaven for all life here on our precious planet OR will we continue to repeat and not learn from our experiences of our past and continue the war of unequal money until there is nothing left and no dignified life remaining?
We can do it together, we are ALL family!
Take care
such a good interview!
Very nice!
Wheres the yatch?
Great movie!
Nice!
She could play a young Jackie O or even Angelina.
Sadly Yaya died at 32 in NYC due to a bacterial infection that went septic 😢
Very good
Ruben is a legend!
I don't think the older lady killed the model.
The movie remindsme of Bunuels movies.
How that film got nominated for Best Director is still a mystery to me. Rearry??
TWO TIMES BABY ! OSTLUND ON TOP DOUBLE PALME DORES UP THERE WITH HANEKE !
@@transgenderbasketballplayer Mmmm. I wouldn’t put him in quite the same league as Haneke Paniky.
@@transgenderbasketballplayer I do love Force Majeure. That’s kind of a brilliant film.
This video deserves the palm d'or for clickbait
If I recommended that movie to anybody, I'd have to prepare them for the first 30 minutes being almost pointless and the last 10 minutes being missing.
Clickbait
"Entertainment System is Down"?
F#ckimg exciting
And his sarcastic smile...LOL
The movie is too long and yet they can't show us a complete ending🤷♀️
love the movie, hate the ending.
I quite liked the ending. The nice dance tune. I like open ended endings, and this was unlike anyone I’ve seen before.
Why?
No it was a brilliant ending!
Yaya definitely died...
The ending was perfect
If you hate the ending then you hate the way the world works
I HATE when movies end like this. It's doesn't come across as artistic, just lazy &infuriating! If I wanted to create my own story, or scene, I wouldn't be watching one created by someone else. I thoroughly enjoyed this, all the way up until the end. Two &a half hours fucking wasted...smh...so disappointing.
I feel the same. It's like they had no idea how to wind that up. They could have had Woody come of the lift in that resort with a smart remark or something. Anything would have been better than how it ended (or didn't).
Lol
I like the Woody in the lift ending
The ending was alright. Don't exaggerate...
