When i first started with cash envelopes, i used self-adhesive mailing envelopes that i attached to each other accordion-style. I just used whatever i had on hand and saved for the "fancy" things (wallet, binder, etc) as i went. I think it can be way too easy to get sucked into the trendiness and aesthetic of all the things. People don't need the latest and greatest, especially when they're just starting out or don't know yet if a cash system is even going to work for them.
Your so right....I have wasted money on several cheap and nasty binders...they looked different online. Now im just using whatever I have until I stumble across a nice one in-store.
Hi , what a lovely detailed video, although they are all nice, I actually really want the one with the bigger binder clips, I’ve been trying to find one for ages, thankyou, although you don’t recommend it haha xx
07:08 I hate this one because when holding it down next to your leg, the opening pocket on the outside aims down which will allow your stuff to fall out; cards and receipts...
I have the Gray Milo wallet and love it. I actually bought it on black friday for $9.99. I get compliments on it everytine I pull it out and use it. I to at first had a problem with the zipper. With use I no longer have noticed a problem.
Good review...you have a great eye for detail because I seriously would not have noticed that "crease" in the light colored wallet, which I actually liked a whole lot. But I think your reviews were great, very honest and thorough!
I had two Savvycent wallets. Loved the design and the non slick materials and design that felt more wallet-like, but the first one I returned because of quality control issues (the last two tabs were placed incorrectly) and then the next wallet has credit card slots that are so tight they warped my thinner insurance cards and then my thicket debit card actually ended up cutting a slit in the side as I was removing it. Hard “no” on that one.
Hi this is michelle from SAVEYON! thanks so much for using our products!! We have some new budget clip system products we just released. Same idea as envelopes but for those that want to be a little more discreet. Any desire to try them out? Thanks again!
Would you be willing to sell the KGM wallet with large rings? I am actually needing larger rings. Did you mean it will not zip closed at all? Or just when stuffed?
The Planning Corner oh my goodness. If it won’t close at all, then I guess I will need to pass. That doesn’t even make sense does it!?! Thank you for your videos!
Thank you for reviewing the wallets. I have the brown Anconkton wallet. Could you please tell me where you got the envelopes you had in the wallet? Are you using the original ring binder in it? Thanks in advance.
I use cash envelopes too. I have been looking for a cash envelope wallet for men. Which wallet would be good men to use who are using the cash/envelopes system. Is most wallets made only for women or men use them too? What is your thought. Thank you I did enjoy your video it really helped. The Savvy cent wallet system seem to be the best one for me. Let me know what you think, Thank you.
For the most part I’ve only seen mostly wallets for women, but you can find some neutral ones that I think would work for both men and women. I think it will also depend on your taste. I would say the Soligt wallet is neutral also try Chris Wang A6 binder, it looks like a cash envelope wallet, in case you also are looking to keep sinking funds. I would also suggest watching Mr. Budget on YT , I believe he uses a Filofax.
Using a rewards card can definitely be incorporated into this system. The all cash system doesn't mean that you don't ever use credit cards it means that you don't swipe unless you have the cash and you remain within your budget.

Great job explaining the varieties of cash envelope systems. Love your videos, very helpful!

Thank you so much for doing this video! I’ve been wanting to see what these all look like.

Good review, I purchased the soligit wallet from amazon. I’m excited to try this cash envelope system
Thankyou for the review. I like the TJ Maxx wallet & the Madison West style.

Thank you for this review! It was so helpful in helping me choose one on amazon!
My mother in law got me a wallet for christmas and I love it. I'm not sure where it's from but Target sells a similiar one. It's a two zipper wallet.
Awesome video! Thank you for making this video!
I love your cash envelopes
Super super helpful video. Thank you so much. I’ve been looking to purchase my first cash system wallet and did y know where to begin
New subscriber :) Great reviews, very helpful, thank you!

Thank you for sharing your ideas.
Could you please identify the brand name of the pink TJ Maxx wallet? Thanks.
The brand is Miztique

Yea, it will not zip at all with the larger rings. I’ll have to check and see if I didn’t get rid of the bigger rings.
The Planning Corner oh my goodness. If it won’t close at all, then I guess I will need to pass. That doesn’t even make sense does it!?! Thank you for your videos!
Yes, that is exactly what I said. I ended up using smaller rings for the wallet from another wallet.
Hi, I just found you. Thank you for the review.
I found a excellent Savvy Cents wallet at Consignment shop and it’s awesome
Thank you for reviewing the wallets. I have the brown Anconkton wallet. Could you please tell me where you got the envelopes you had in the wallet? Are you using the original ring binder in it? Thanks in advance.
The envelopes from the anconkton wallet I actually made, but yes it has its original rings in it.

I was hoping you would show the envelopes and stuff as well and not just focus on the cover.
Very informative...
I think the small pockets where your cash goes is for the dividers to go.
Ur nail polish brand name?
Excellent reviews. Which is less bulkier between the Savvycents and the Saveyon wallets?
I would say the savycents one feels less bulky.
The Planning Corner thank you!
Awesome review
I would love to try this but my husband and I loves our Miles from our ONE credit card.
