I wear what makes me look and feel amazing. I only wear a BB cream and a lip tint. I embrace my age and the aging process - and I am comfortable "in my own skin".
Some people suit mascara on their lower lashes. I'm in my late 60's and have long lower lashes and when I wear a little mascara on them, it opens up my eyes and makes them look more youthful.
Same here; I use just the finest touch so it doesn’t look like I’m wearing any mascara, but it makes my lashes look dark & more visible. No eyeliner on the lower lashes.

I hope this doesn't sound like I'm being critical or negative but I'd think long and hard about investing in an at home LED mask. This is such a complex, specific type of treatment that in order to be effective I believe you need to have them done by a physician or a skilled professional. The at home devices may provide temporary benefits but do you want to have to continue using a mask and will it be worth it longterm? Often these become dust collectors on a shelf and a complete waste of time and money. Again, I don't mean to sound negative and by all means if you like it, continue! My experience is that these are never quite what we hoped and end up in the basement or bottom shelf of your bathroom cabinet. The older I get the more I try to be mindful and I want to embrace aging. I love makeup and fashion but I think society sends such a negative message and encourages spending to "fix" something that isn't broken.

Lots of great tips, thank you Nancy!!! For the majority of my life I rarely used foundation, I now use a bit of BB cream from time to time and it makes a nice difference.
Same! I didn't use to wear much foundation, but I think a BB cream gives my skin a nice even look while still letting my freckles show through. 🤩
Excellent video..i loved the shoes! And found the advice on eyebrows very helpful, mine bit the dust years ago...plucked crazy in the '60's !..but am in the process of reviving what's left of them...i think a smile is great anti age weapon!

Another great video! Unfortunately, I can't wear wireframes because my lenses are too thick, even after the process which thins them. I'm still a bit doubtful about round frames, especially bold ones, because they don't flatter a lot of faces, though I love cateyes and believe just about anyone can wear them. I just switched from a matte foundation to Elf's Camo Cream and it was a game changer!

I wear daily disposable contacts and most eyeglass frames feel very heavy on the bridge of my nose so I am somewhat limited to extremely lightweight frames like Silhouettes. I invested in a tortoiseshell, retro looking frame from Lafont last year and they're so uncomfortable that I rarely wear them. I love makeup and at 59 I'm still somewhat oily. Skin type is so individualized that it's tough to generalize that all women over 50 need a dewy foundation. It's just not a one size fits all.
Try castor oil dabs for 2 weeks on that sunspot. I had same issue that cleared up with it - but everyone is different and mine may have been from dry skin and not a real sunspot.

Hi, Can you advise me on how the led lights affect your eyes??Some products/masks appeared to have guards for eyes or glasses etc. and others seemed to offer/suggest nothing. Some users still did light activity-using their eyes, while using/wearing the mask. Please let me know. ❤️🇨🇦❤️
Hi Wendy, this is a great question. I didn't show the eye guards that come with the mask because I was limited on time. I recommend protecting your eyes, and I always wear the goggles with the mask. They are black goggles that look like the goggles we used to wear in tanning beds. 😍
I have BB cream. But I don’t wear makeup. I probably should. I used to only wear eyeliner under my eyes. That was ages ago. I don’t ignore my skin care. I have a lot of it. But I like a simple routine. I never forget my sunscreen. We moved to Georgia four years ago. And my husband has already had to have two precancerous spots taken off his face. I bought him sunscreen to use. But I don’t think he does. And it’s the side that faces the window when he drives. I have wire frame glasses. And I just got some prescription sunglasses. So I can protect my eyes and still see. I had some small gold frames. And they did make me look old. My new glasses are bigger and actually look good on my face. I have worn so many cheap shoes. But not anymore. If they aren’t comfortable I’m not wearing them. I wore some boots the other night. And they were too tight. And I had to walk for a while. The next day we had to go somewhere. And I wore my comfy sneakers. I’m not sure if they looked great. But I didn’t care. My brows used to be super thin. I use castor oil on them now to try and get them to grow back. I’ve used other serums too. They have come back some. But my granddaughters have nice thick brows. Because they haven’t plucked them to death. I love your hair. I’ve had short hair for years. I’m trying to let it grow. So far I haven’t gotten it cut yet. Which is great for me. But it’s cooler now so I knew I have a better chance at letting it grow. Both my daughter’s have nice long curly hair. Mine is just wavy. But I have all the things I need to keep it under control.

Still use a super fine eyeliner for the lower. But partially not the whole way. Or a soft smudgy gel pen for the lower corners for definition.

Round frame glasses are not made for round faces. They can really make you look older too if the contrast with your hair colour is too deep... 😉 🤓

I agree. Thick frames can overwhelm a small face. I love cateye ones.
Wearing the same long hair as you wore in high school and deluding yourself that it still looks good because it's healthy/shiny or you've added a layer or two.

@@jilllovesbeegees70 I think there's a big difference between growing out your hair and wearing the same style you had when you were 17. There are many women with gorgeous long hair but they aren't stuck in a hair rut they've had for 40 years. I love that you grew your hair out! 🤩
