Oh my gosh, Teratophoneus curriei from Beasts of the Mesozoic is so beautiful and so Dino-majestic! I am truly love this color scheme on Teratophoneus curriei, it so beautiful. Super awesome video, Andy 🌷🤗.
Just ordered mine! I already have their Yutyranus and 1/35th Trex, which are absolutely gorgeous. The color palette and paint job on this one and how peaceful and majestic it looks made it an easy choice for me. It reminds me of a cow.
Finally, the Teratophoneus.
Awesome review Andy!!
I got that figure now! So glad to rewatch your review with the Teratophoneus in hand.
Nasutoceratops & Tetraphoneus actually lived alongside each other so im planning on getting one for myself
A beautiful figure, not to mention the name Teratophoneus, in Greek, means Monstrous Murderer. A very agile, broad-snouted member of the Tyrannosaurinae subfamily.
This one was low on my list, but after seeing it, I've completely changed my mind. Going to add it to my pre-orders before the end of the month.
Keep up the good content as always :)
Oh Ho my goodness, The Teratophoneus is finally here! I can't wait to add this good looking figure to my collection. As soon as I see that the other Tyrannosaurs are released. I have this Stop Motion sensory I was imagining. "Utah, the Late Cretaceous Period. A Lythronax has just brought down a Kosmoceratops & starts feeding on it. Later on came another Tyrannosaur living at the same time called Teratophoneus out searching for food that's either dead or alive. Teratophoneus Sees the carcass of Kosmoceratops killed by the same Lythronax & tries to get some scraps. But even though the Teratophoneus is hungry, he's not fooling to fight with the slightly larger Lythronax. So instead, the Teratophoneus decided to look for some easier prey. With the Lythronax & the carcass of Kosmoceratops behind, the Teratophoneus tries to find something to sustain him. He later spots a small group of Diabloceratops. 2 Adult Bulls jousting for dominance & another Adult with a few little young ones. The Teratophoneus could take a Diabloceratops, but with a dozen pairs of eyes looking out for danger it couldn't risk getting injured by their horns. So the Teratophoneus continues to find some other prey. 10 Minutes have passed & not a single animal for the Tyrannosaur to eat. Suddenly, the Teratophoneus picks up the scent of food nearby. Teratophoneus follows the scent with his sense of smell & quickly sees what it is. What he sniffed & spotted a Hadrosaur called Gryptosaurus. The Gryptosaurus is browsing the top of the tree away from the main herd. The Teratophoneus was lucky to find its favorite prey animal. He quietly approaches the unsuspecting Hadrosaur & begins to strike. The Gryptosaurus was still browsing on the tender conifers, then the Duckbilled Dinosaur senses danger. By the time it saw the Predator, it was too late. The Teratophoneus pins down the Gryptosaurus & clamps its left side of its neck with his jaws. The Gryptosaurus slowly dies from the crushed neck vertebrae & is weakened by the loss of blood. The Teratophoneus finally has his feast." I thought I would be inspired by the scene from the stop motion short Age of Mammals with the Glyptodon, the Megatherium & the Smilodon. Especially the painting by James Gurney who did the Video "How I Paint Dinosaurs." For the moment, I can imagine the Stop Motion Dinosaur sequence of my own. Until then, I'll be waiting for the real deal Figures to be available & I'll be ready to buy & pay for them. I also hope I'll make the Stop Motion sequence as my own too.
This is one ive really been looking forward to.
That’s beautiful and at 13:37 which is a great update of the figure.
Can’t wait to display this guy getting absolutely wrecked by Utahceratops 😂
Noo dont do that to him 😢😂
@@venator7251someone’s got to get payback for all the baby Diabloceratops that will soon meet their end
@@wesleyk5299teratophoneus was never involved with the lythronax'es shenanigans, shame on you.
Reminds me of the Hammond Collection Metriacanthosaurus coloration
they wuz kingz
Personally I dont like the sculpt for some reason, it just looks a bit off for me
Yeah, I felt much the same.
The Hell? . . . A Teratophoneus? Just how many juvenile T -rex's can we possibly name? Is anyone keeping up? And wheres the Emperor & Court Jester T- rex's, I hrd about a few months back? They both done went MIA. . . Anyways, yeah this BOTM Tetrazini rex is looking killer alright. Great review as per usual Andy.
If yall dont stop marking thru my shit!!!!!!! Uuuggghhhh!!!
La figurines de teratophoneus de best of mésozoïc aurait pu être un peu plus grande car adulte il mesurait 8.7 m de longueur
100 times better than whatever the Amber collection was.
That’s cuz the Amber Collection didn’t do tyrannosaurs. And how is this “1000 times better”? The Amber Collection is majestic
@@AtrociCollector we all have different opinions, and the amber collection boxes. Just remember those
@@AtrociCollector the human figures were amazing, but the dinosaurs except the beautiful dilophosaurus weren't all that amazing. The juvenile T.Rex was too buff, the Velociraptor Echo was not film accurate and most raptors had the same mold. There was also a lot of missed potential like making an Amber collection Metriacanthosaurus or juvenile Allosaurus(i know those are not tyrannosaurs)the size of a normal T.Rex figure could have been creative. I think the Amber collection was good but flawed. And making them scale with the super colossal figures was also a bad mistake. Not much people have room for the super colossals, even though they are amazing so making a Jhon Hammond figure the size of a normal T.Rex figure would look so off in a non super colossal figure collection.
@@TheCreateCraftJurassic what’s wrong w the boxes?
@@AtrociCollector they were crushed, all the time
I don't know why but that looks like an allosaurid than a tyrannosaurid
Why it look like the yang
Dientes horribles, pésimo!
hello typical rexy fanboy here and i am here to say that's not a Tyrannosaur rex even hasbro did better 🦖
It's not even meant to be a t rex, it's a teratophoneus, hope to god this was an unironic statement.
