You need to practice and remember those chord shapes which will be gained by practice and require a bit of strength for your index finger. Hey dont blame her for playing barre chord blame yourself for not trying to improve your skills. I can play barre chords properly now. It was tough I admit but you can still try right? I started playing guitar for just 6 months. If I can do it you can surely do it. To all the barre chord haters our there you are simply foolish by not learning this amazing technique which help us to build any chord by ease.

It's been almost more then 4 years since i started learning to play guitar. I m really not good at making my own songs but i really want to. I am poor at guessing which cords are gonna be perfect if i want to play a song on guitar (only if i get the notes then i can play the songs but i wanna do it myself all the guessing cords and getting the strumming pattern).Also i m not really confident with singing together with playing idk why but i just mess up. Lmfao not all people have big index fingers. My fingers are very small, so I can't play barre chords very well, thats why I use the open chord one.
