Which version is your favorite: the original track or the Electric Grammy Museum performance?! I'm definitely leaning towards the Grammy Museum version right now. 🎸
I loved both versions! 😄 By the way Guitar Goddess, I uploaded a cover of "Babe" By: Sugarland ft. Taylor Swift. It was a rejected track for her Red album and I really love that song! ❤️❤️❤️ Here's the link: ruclips.net/video/yDRJEFYAXU0/видео.html
Okay, I am honestly freaking out a little right now 😱 SO STOKED that you did the lesson for the way she played it in that performance 😍 Sounds beautiful!!
I don't know how to thank you , I am just so greatful to youtube and channels like you which help people all over the world so generously . Its such a great platform for learning new things Thanks for sharing your skills and guitar knowledge without being any selfish Love ya a lot 😍 Also this tutorial is so underrated 😢
I'm shocked that I hadn't subscribed before. I originally shied away from subscribing because I'm usually playing much more rock and metal oriented stuff. I nowadays prefer learning songs by ear as well for ear training, so I didn't think I needed to watch these videos. But for whatever reason I stuck around and I'm glad I did! Your tutorials have been really helpful for me so far and you're always a wonder to watch! I especially liked this video since I basically started learning guitar just under a year ago, and I started with an electric and later got an acoustic too (though I think my heart is rooted in the raw distorted power of the electric) so it's nice to see an electric tutorial and also nice to see you're also learning as well even though you're already really good with the acoustic. What I think I find coolest here though is that watching your videos has actually made me listen to and learn songs I would normally never have paid much attention to. Most of the stuff I like playing is obscure anime and video game music and alt rock or originals but nobody recognises those. And I'm not really good at keeping up with music that people my age like (and I'm not proud of that actually, I don't think that music was best in the 70s or 90s or whatever, music is simply music, good and bad music exist in all ages) so your tutorials have really helped show songs that I'd normally avoid and actually go "hang on, this is pretty good", play them, and have my very limited pool of friends actually recognise and like them. Starving I think was the first example of that but this is the best one. I'm really loving Wildest Dreams, I just learnt to play it yesterday from here. And I actually really like the song on its own! I'm not a huge Taylor Swift fan. I think she's a great artist but just not really my thing (I'm sure a much younger version of me would yell about her being lame or something while embarrassingly playing Simple Plan in the background or something... and making everyone feel awkward....) but I like a couple of her songs, but I actually really like this one, particularly the version she played at the Grammy Museum. I actually think I'm gonna give the album it came from a proper listen some time soon. Either way, I loved learning this song and I think you're totally the best making these videos! I'm hoping one day I'll have the confidence to put up RUclips videos of myself playing guitar and I'd actually love to make a cover of this song (I'd probably "rockify it" or something, make it sound a little more intense) and it would be thanks to discovering your channel. Keep up the content!
you’re such an inspiration! I just started playing about a year ago and i have learned to play so many songs from your videos! Thank you for all you do!!
Love this tutorial! It could be really nice if you did a tutorial on other acoustic performances by Taylor, 'cause they are so damn beautiful! Like treacherous or fearless
Great job again Goddess. I like the Grammy version too the best. I'm exactly like you, played acoustic forever and learned electric, and I have a secret...I like learning Taylor Swift songs haha. Keep at it, you're great, and I/we appreciate you.
Yes! I was watching on youtube the Taylor's performance at the Grammy Museum, when I got the notification of your tutorial! Sorry for my bad English but I'm Italian
Never though electric guitar could be soft, Allways saw it in rock and heavy play, I was so wrong. I forgot this versión and have found out how much love it. Thank you so much!!!! Is the next to learn after finish all to well(with my greatess treacher here💙)
I already knew by the little sneak peak you showed us on Instagram that the next tutorial is gonna be Wildest Dream haha...I prefer the Grammy Museum 10000% over the original version! Great video :)
Great tutorial Michelle! Gonna have to learn both versions becuase why not😅 I absolutly love the edit you did at 2:18 ! It's so much fun, at lease for me! I almost laughed out loud in the middle of class haha. Keep it up! Lova ya💗
Guitar Goddess why would i get in trouble haha? It's too much talk in my class, the teacher would hear me... And i'm seated as far from the teacher as possible, so if i'm done with school work i'll learn some guitar😊😅
Wow!!! I love this so much! Can you please make a tutorial for “ So it goes” or “ This Is Why We Can’t Have Nice Things” by Taylor Swift? I love Taylor Swift Tuesdays so much!
So glad you're enjoying the series, Priya!! I'm not sure exactly when I will be doing those songs as I have some others planned out first, but I will get to them when I get the chance. Thanks for requesting!
I honestly prefer the electric guitar version of Wildest Dreams, especially that intro! Thank you so much for teaching the intro :) PS: I see a banjo in the background. Is Mean gonna be the next tutorial? xD
I'm so glad you enjoyed this lesson!! Honestly, I may try to incorporate that banjo into that future tutorial. We'll see. I gotta fix it up and learn it first, haha! xD

The Grammy museum one! She added a twist that I wasn't expecting! I love that performance 🍑💕
For me those solo performances are where Taylor really shines.
I loved both versions! 😄
