"labels mean nothing to me when I can already see the shape" FACTS also the pink blender is sooo cutee
A tip for the pasta jars. Although you don't need the labels to know what pasta it is, it's still worth using them to write down the cooking time. Also, you can put the label on the bottom of the jars if you don't like looking at them.

banana split protein smoothie: 1 frozen banana, 2 tbsp pb2 powder, plain greek yogurt, frozen strawberries and/or berry jam, protein chocolate almond milk or fairlife chocolate protein milk, optional additions: frozen pineapple, any nut butter, raspberry sorbet. lots of protein, and taste just like a banana split so goood

I recommend trying smoothies with orange juice etc. for the liquid (technically a fruitie?), you can also add honey into the mix to use as sweetener. I like my smoothies with frozen strawberries, banana, blueberries and orange juice. I freeze my strawberries with a little bit of sugar so it's enough for me. There's probably lots of fruits to try there, like papaya, here in Finland it's more expensive so I usually add berries that grow here, like sea buckthorns or currants.

My most fav juice/smoothie: 1 banana, few chunks frozen pineapple and mango. Half a grapefruit (more if you like), quarter lemon and a good handful spinach. Maybe half a cucumber

I love your channel so much and you are my go - to channel for any occasion, your most definitely not going to see this but if you do I'm just letting you know that for your soap dispenser there's this type of liquid you can get and when you mix a bit with a huge amount of water you get soap and its very eco friendly and cheap, and it lasts a very long time + my mum has a aesthetic shop for people in their 20s to 30s and there's very cute things I think would match you aesthetic!

i know it's completely different from faux/real flowers but you could make beaded flowers!! there's lots of tutorials on youtube and pinterest for them. or even doing pipecleaner flowers too to brighten up your living space!! plus its a fun pass time when everything else feels boring to you.

I use an agave based syrup (maple syrup works too), honey, and/or vanilla extract to accentuate the sweetness of my smoothies if you want sugar alternatives that won't leave you crashing!

Ooooh I recommend trying an acai bowl. Many stores sell frozen acai packets (I accidentally bought ones that come pre-sweetened), and I usually mix one packet with bananas, blueberries, and/or strawberries. They're my favorite to eat in the summer

i work at a place that sells smoothies and my biggest tips would be to use fruit juice like apple, cranberry etc (has a bit more natural sugar but worth it) and also yogurt instead of milk and ice makes it smoother and less "icey" lol. Then adding a protien scoop is always good too!!

girl I got a recipe I know you would LOVE for smoothies (key word: peanut butter)
-frozen ripe banana
-peanut butter
-chocolate protein powder (or just reg protein powder and cocoa powder)
-frozen milk (any kind works)
-non frozen milk
By using no ice and relying on the ingredients for freezing, it makes the smoothie so much more flavorful, trust me its such a huge difference from adding ice!
For myself I usually do 1 frozen banana, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp chocolate protein powder, 1/4 cup frozen almond milk, and just gradually add a small amount of non frozen milk until everything blends together nicely.
To make it lower calorie/fat, I've been using peanut butter powder instead of peanut butter. (Tried using PB2 peanut butter chocolate powder but I can only taste the chocolate in it, so i'd just go for regular peanut butter powder).
Smoothie🍓 ☆It's so inspiring to see organization videos like this, but one thing this video taught me was to measure everything first!
Smoothie!! Super cute kitchen, I love the bows and warm decor ❤ one thing that truly elevates smoothies is yogurt! I use Greek yogurt but it can be any, and it makes the smoothie more creamy and delicious. I also sneak in a carrot or oatmeal to feel extra healthy lol
aah I'm also a smoothie girly! best ones I make are strawberry and banana but blend it with a few spoons of oats and one serving of a cinnamon-esque protein powder. Add a dash of zero sugar syrup and greek yoghurt - you've got the best creamy smoothie hands down 💖
Annika you should use a piece of twine or cord for the bottle brush so you can hang it instead of struggling with the S hook ❤ love you!

You should try this smoothie bowl recipe, it's super simple, and no need for extra ice😊 frozen bananas, milk of choice (I usually use almond milk), and pumpkin pie spice (the one from Whole Foods or simply organic are the best) hopefully you try it out ❤ love your videos, it's my comfort zone here haha ❤

I just found a smoothie hack to sneak in some more nutrition , protein and add some extra sweetness, I just add Greek yogurt. I really like the oikos berry one but any is fine.
I also add maple oatmeal in there as well but I really want to try something with more protein soon. It makes things more filling as I usually drink one in the morning if I don’t want a heavy breakfast but sometimes I drink one when I’m craving sweets too and it’s really been working for me.
