Artem! Your channel / content is just great, so thank you very much for bringing us amazing footage of you riding with some of the best pros in the world 🙂 How do you do it? Do you head out to this area for a specific period of the year and basically ride all the time, knowing where the pros/teams tend to train? It's superb stuff, man!

However if l was well enough l would be riding 480ks one week & 725 ks the next & repeating that each month . The 1st week ( 480 ks would be 2/3 sessions of efforts ) & 2nd week low, medium, high zone 2 with some Tempo efforts thrown in ) Elevation would be 1000 /2500 mtrs . How l wish l was Young Again. For a "normal cyclist" with 65kg its 260w, so its really possible Z2 at 4w/kg if the ftp are more than 400. For example MVdP have a impressives 450w FTP and 75kg so Z2 its on 300w - 4w/kg

May I ask how did you overlay data from Garmin to your clip?
2:14 close one 😮
Yes, drivers sometimes are not in the mood, especially this time of the year when thousands of cyclists on the road
Fucking horrible... I would have been crazy mad. And I guess reporting that to the police wouldn't be of any help.
what do you wanna report? There is no crash and the law is on the side of the car and his driver@@r.briquet1117
How was the downhill on the narrow "road" back to the restaurant?
Different level - super human - top athletes and they do that as 'training' and it looked leisurely for them.
2:14 did you report this driver to the Guardia Civil? Very dangerous for the man coming down the hill.
No, I'm not doing this kind of reports to police
