I can really identify with that: be your best possible self. 🌻 When it came to professional development, I always chose what interested me more and not where I expected “career”, “connections” or “more money 💰”. It didn't make me rich, but I'm financially okay, that's enough. I enjoyed going to work (don't look at the clock after 5 minutes ;-)), that's worth a lot for the individual quality of life, which everyone evaluates differently.
So I did "my own race" in private things & other interests too. But "my time" was without social media.
Aside from all the other negative aspects of social media for young people, I think the most damaging aspect is constant comparison to others. It permanently disrupts the development of self-confidence. There is ALWAYS and for EACH of us someone who can go a little higher further faster smarter - so what? Be true to your own talents, you're one of a kind, make the best of it... ✌🏻😎
Yet I believe. The individuals of today with this environment has everyone so confused not knowing nor understanding what your saying 🤔

Amen & amen, all of these young impressionable folk on social media need this. Some adults need this Psychology education too. This is a reality check on what’s real. To thine own self be true. Money, clothes, glam, materialism don’t make the person. Self worth is deep within each human being. Be yourself. Hoping to go to grad school very soon for MCP because a lot of people need help & don’t know how to ask. Manifesting self worth is much needed & it’s a God send blessing to know there are good people who have the gift to help others. Positivity is everything.
