Victoria ranked the worst state to do business in

A Business Council of Australia report has found the worst state to do business in is Victoria.
The Motley Fool Chief Investment Officer Scott Phillips claims Victoria has fallen “all the way to the bottom”.
“We all want good quality regulation, we want to keep people safe, we want to make sure things can be done and business is able to be done well because of those regulations,” Mr Phillips said.
“When it gets in the way of doing business, that’s when it becomes a problem.”
