Wanted to add that there are always really bad apples. We’ve had a bad apple that was with us 20 years from the day. I bought the building when Cove it happened he figured out a way not to pay rent for a year. The company that I work with did everything they could as politely as possible. There are some really bad people in the world and there’s nothing you can do with people like that. It is nothing but a dangerous, horrible, uphill battle where you have to watch everything you say, and do and be extremely legal. This is as to the conversation about being a good person and not having a tenant turn on you, but there’s those kinds.

38:26 A mom & pop landlord is better than a corporate landlord. Now the corporate landlords are the monsters that need to be pushed out. They make government housing seem heavenly

Attendant wants to stay but for 5 years the landlord never ever fix the thing in the trailer the how about their rights when something doesn't get fixed and then you give him the receipt that showing that you fixed it then they take you to court and get an unlawful detainer and then you get a judge that's got a smartass attitude towards you because you're a little late and it's not your fault because you're having a medical problem when I talk to explain my situation my part of the thing to the judge the judge told me to keep my mouth shut and she advised me that now I'm being harassed just because I'm over there picking up my stuff that belongs to me and they refused to let me get my medication that I need real bad for my diabetic my high blood pressure and stuff what my rights are there are we even have that right when she called the sheriff's department on me when I was sitting here getting my stuff out and having my vehicle removed from the property that I threatened her I didn't threaten her one time I'm not doing anything wrong the sheriff never showed up my nephew showed up and she take pictures of us on public Street what rights do we have their

At the end of the day it is about votes for the legislators not bettering living conditions.
