The only reason the cards are stagnant is because there’s no true product on the market. So we’re gonna be trying to be patient for the next two weeks so hopefully maybe get some prismatic evolution but if that doesn’t happen, people are gonna have to resort to either another language or just buying raw cards. And if the buying value for what’s new is gonna be too high, whatever you’ve already bought into your better off paying a high price to finish completing if that’s what you’re into.
Plus if people got back into pokemon because 151 and were still able to get hands on surging and prismatic + is selling out this set will be “ nostalgic” as a pose to a fantasy
@@Gottamitchemall I got lucky by pulling that SIR Pikachu than Latias, 12 cards away any duplicates I could trade in for multiple cards I need or with my graded Pikachu/latias I could trade them in for raw copy’s + needed cards + cash value then sell off a complete set, and boosters, that’s already at a rocket range with possibility of investment back because not too many people are gonna have a complete set up for sale especially with how expensive everything is right now; would still have to find someone with enough $$$s for the ask, but there are people on earth that are about it
I was so pissed today. For the first time I went to one of those new vending machines I saw at the grocery store and when I walked in and nobody was there. So I decided to check it out. They had Surging Sparks booster boxes for $161 and I was like "HELL YEAH!!" Reached into my back pocket......forgot my wallet in the car. Went and grabbed my wallet, went back in, there was a dude buying and one in line. The guy buying bought 2 SP booster boxes. Then the next went up and got 1. I walked up.....SOLD OUT!!!! Still so pissed!!
Reprints won't have a huge set back in price imo. Distributors are gonna charge retailers more, I would be very surprised that they will be under $150-160 at retail when restock happens and everyone will buy them out so prices wont change much I think. Definitely worth keeping first print cases!

Whenever it does not get any more reprints and out of stock I feel like it can go nuts like Evolving skies kinda growth that Pikachu is such a strong chase cards with plenty else. I bet it's 300 end of year at least

Reprints will get eaten up quick there will be lots of rage buying when people can't get a hold of Prismatic for good price
