Fantastic. The 1st process worked fine and didn't have to go to the 2nd part, which I already did in another video and did not help. Clearing the data in the storage was apparently the issue.

The 2nd one worked! *On older Samsungs* U have to remove battery to remove sim card. It's in THE BACK where battery is (I restarted once in the middle of that process: without & then with Sim card). IT WORKED, TOOK 2 minutes, it wasn't hard & I'm happy!!! Don't know if I would've figured that out for myself THANK YOU

CAN I do this on samsung s4 note ? the phone was previously locked and under sprint, now sprint has unlocked and gave me a code, and now i m with att and it has a att new sims card in it, but i get NO prompt when i turn the phone on to enter the lock code spring gave me. it says 'invalid sims card', even tho its new, att confirmed its good sims. wtf? help!

1 hour trying to reach a person at Verizon. 1.5 hours troubleshooting with Verizon. Over an hour searching for issues. I try this video instruction and after the second step (restart) it works! At least for now.
Update: Guess I jumped the gun there. I finally see 4G listed on data with Wi-Fi turned off, but my calls are immediately ended and I can't browse websites with data. Now it's back to a big X on data.

Yendri, I have Ipad 6th Generation Model A 1893. The day before I turned it off normally and today it doesn't want to turn on
I use original charger and original cable
I have tried the following steps:
1) Hold down the home button and power button for more than 1 minute
2) Repeatedly press the volume up and volume down buttons and then the power button
3) Clean the charging port
4) What you say in your video on the other youtube channel
Nothing has worked
I clarify that when connecting the charger the temperature of the battery area warms up a bit
